My name is Louis Mina, I’m Colombian and live in Colombia South America….if there are any Colombians or you know of any Colombians wanting to do their UCC-1, and they live in Colombia…I have the Security Agreement, Common Law Copyright and Hold-Harmless and indemnity Agreement plus the Power of Attorney …all translated into Spanish and can send it to anyone interested. Plus the equivalent of HJR-192 in Colombia is : Decreto Ley 1683 de Septiembre 24 de 1931. So we can use “Accepted for Value” here in Colombia on all corespondence from Government, banks and other corporations. From my research so far, I know of a way to apply the UCC here in Colombia, and can give directions on how to do it. It takes a good amount of worthless Colombian Pesos to get it all done, but there is a way!!!
