I realized, recently, that there are three ways to handle the various aspects of the commerce game and it is our confusing them which is causing the ping pong balls to jump around in our heads.

I’ll begin with the most complicated which I’ll admit, up front, that I don’t understand, doubt I was ever meant to understand, and, most days, don’t want to spend my time trying to understand.  This is for people who are determined to access the treasury direct account, DTC (Depository Trust Company), trust account, BC bond, etc. whatever. They believe they can, and even might, procure land, houses, cars, etc. solely on their signature. Not only do I wish them well, I invite someone to prove me wrong by telling me how to do so, only I don’t see it happening because, in order for us to prevail in this manner, we would have to be operating at the frequency of the bankers and I just don’t think that this is where we want to be. Continuing along this vein only further energizes the very thing we claim we are intending to rid. We are perpetuating an illusion which we are doing our damnedest to escape. How can we possibly create what we claim we want, when we are spending our resources avoiding the very thing we do NOT want?!  We become that against which we fight, so what we resist persists. What might we create if we directed our time, energy, and emotion towards our desire for better circumstances for us all?

It involves the following: ?Since the public cannot recognize anything but fictions, we must deal with them from and as a fiction, i.e.: a trust. In order to develop a secondary trust, into which to put the first trust (NAME/SIN), so that we are removed from that, we must do several procedures which I contend are complicated:  a claim, deed of trust (indentures etc.), a security agreement, an EIN, a POA, a PPSA/UCC-1 in the province/state of birth, and a UCC-1 in the triplicate form which can be obtained only from Washington, DC. This involves our being the trustee of the secondary trust which supposedly gives us control over not only that trust but also the foundation trust.  I grasp the concept, it all makes sense, yet, I do not want to become entangled in the affairs of commerce to that degree. Business is none of my business.  Do not ask me about the details of all this because I don’t know and only on the odd day do I feel like wanting to know.  Most days I prefer a less complicated solution.

What I continue to notice is that most of the “all one of us” will not be able, for one reason or another, to implement any of this. Does this mean that those who can will create a replacement for the lost middle class?  This class would know how to access the unlimited credit of the trust account, but continue to remain under those who control the entire game. They would have more cash than the masses but less than the elitists because the elitists allow into their club only those whom they keep under strict control. (see the movie: The Skulls. This might give you pause about continuing your search for the “remedy” because once you know, you can never un-know.)???Another way to play the Commerce Game makes much more sense, as it is less complicated:

Months ago, I wrote an article wherein I was adamant that we must not identify with the name. In fact, to those who write asking me if they ought to get a birth certificate for their baby, I suggest that whatever they opt to call their baby, they ought to tell the province/state something a little bit different so that the child himself recognizes that he is somehow connected to the trust, but certainly no trust account name could possibly be confused with his. In fact, when we are asked, by one with whom we do not want to do business, “What’s your name?”  I think the only answer is,  “Are you asking how to address me or are you looking for an account to charge?  If it is the latter, I do not consent to do business with you.”

But, no doubt for all of us, the name/trust will be “charged” in one form or another, whether it is utility statements, loans, mortgages, credit card statements, traffic citations, or ostensible criminal charges.  As all crime is commercial (equity law under admiralty/maritime jurisdiction), we all become criminals when the name is charged. Since what most of us want is just to get these twits our of our hair, there has to be a simple solution without going into the interminable search of those who seek the above circumstances.

It seems that Acceptance for Value (AFV) of the entire statement will handle most charges. Be sure to endorse the back of the voucher. We had been doing them rather accurately except that we were paying the wrong entity and sending them to the wrong place.  So, the simple correction is that we make the voucher into a ‘Money Order’ payable to the US Treasury and send it to one of the following three addresses:

It seems that men and women at IRS are as tired of the bankers’ control of the world as we are.

In cases where we authorize the public over the phone, e.g.: for a credit card or telephone service, they immediately access the trust account. This is why they require a DOB (date of birth) because they know that we no longer like to hand out a SIN/SSN, but the DOB and Name is all the information they need to access the account. Then they send us a statement of an account and expect us to send them cash. This is ludicrous since their entire system of accounting does not use cash; rather, they require signed paper––debit paper and credit paper. It just so happens that they moonlight as cash-confiscators. So, in those cases, we simply do an AFV of their request for the signed paper to offset the debt they have already created. It is a rather simplistic process; ergo, it is likely to be accurate.  Where we were erring before is that we were sending the acceptances back to the bank or utility company or court or cop shop. No one at any of these places has a clue, so don’t bother sending it to them.  This is not to be confused with returning something to its source stating that there is no contract. Circumstances alter cases. If there is a contract, then the charge must be AFV.

Foreclosure

I have heard that bankers must prove that the bank owns the land they intend to sell, after having stolen it.  If the land is native land which was never sold or ceded to the bank, then they are trying to sell land which is not theirs. My position is that, since we have dominion over all the earth, then any land (under the commercial pseudonym of “property”) which appears to be “owned”, couldn’t possibly be “owned” by anyone, so the bankers can never prove that the bank has legal title to any land. This principle would not translate to a house, which is man-made but, when a bank steals a house, it steals the land, too, as house and land tend to get bought and sold together, as “property”, so these cases translate as a “false claim” which is in violation of the code, specifically, constructive fraud, so, have some fun with the bank on this. The bank states that it has a claim against the house, which they can never produce, anyway, but when they steal a house, they get the land which is really what they were after in the first place. Well, just reverse it on them. No one can own land so no one produce a claim to that and, since the house is on the land, they cannot have it either.

Legalities

I notice people continue to talk about “legalities” which apply only to legal fictions such as corporations and trusts.  I also hear, “It’s the law”, yet, no one has ever shown me any alleged “law”.  I’ve seen codes, rules, regulations, statutes, ordinances, by-laws, constitutions, acts, bills, legislation, policies, and treaties, none of which applies to men and women, but I’ve never seen any law.”  I suppose that is because no law can exist without the consent of the people and no one could ever agree to any of the nonsense they try to pass off as “law”.  My favourite is when I hear people say that they want marijuana “legalized”.  It is already “legalized” as it is under the jurisdiction of the statutes, codes, acts, etc. because it has been named. What these people really want is to get the plant, known as cannabis, OUT from under that jurisdiction. So they want it DE-legalized.  The way to do that is to quit acknowledging NAMES!  Again, there is nothing wrong with a man growing, possessing, smoking a plant created by God, as man has dominion over all the earth and every living thing upon the earth. But, as soon as one puts a “name” to either the man or the plant, he has just “legalized” it.

Court

Here is something to think about if you are considering going to court. In most cases, generally speaking, going to court is lose/lose and not going to court gives you at least a 50% chance of staying out of trouble. The main reasons never to go to court are:  well ….  there is no “court”, you were never invited, you were never charged, there is no claim against you, etc. If there is no “court”, then there is no “law”; there is only “procedure”.  Since 1933, there is no Common Law and, therefore, no common law courts – only courts of equity, under admiralty/maritime jurisdiction and statute law. Since all crime is now commercial and we are exempt from levy––because we cannot be IN the commerce game, we can only PLAY the commerce game––ergo, we cannot be held liable for any “crime”.

Policy Enforcement Officers (PEOs) contract with people under the common law, as this is what we have been programmed to believe still exists, yet, in a masterful “bait and switch”, the courts carry on the pretense of common law, but actually operate in commerce. It’s all about “money”. This is why those hired as Peace Officers yet, operating as PEOs, want a NAME and DOB (date of birth), so they can locate the registered trust, in order to credit their accounts.

The proceeding called “Discovery” cannot produce any results because the “facts of the case” are immaterial and irrelevant outside a common law jurisdiction. Often judges allow cops to swear in as Peace Officers but, in another scathing operation of “bait and switch”, they testify as PEOs, when, unless they had actually witnessed a crime, they have no first-hand knowledge and so what they have to say is only hearsay and “hearsay is not permitted in court”.

One (and only one) Reason to Hire an Attorney

If one opts for the typical route and hires an attorney, then, at “sentencing”, when the judge asks, “Will the defendant please rise?”, the man, being held as collateral and surety for the charge, can tell his attorney, “HEY!  Buster! That’s you. This is why I hired you …. to represent the accused …. so that YOU take the hit, not me. Now, do your job; YOU are the one representing the defendant and so it is YOU who must stand to receive sentencing. I am not a party to this proceeding.  Dig out your cheque-book!”

Attorneys represent the “accused” which becomes the “defendant” which is only and always the name of a trust account, never a man. So, why go to court?  If they try to tell you that there is an arrest warrant for FTA (failure to appear), remind them that the name called must have been present in order for them to call the case.  So, the accused/defendant most certainly did appear.   Again, we are not a party to their proceedings.

If the judge works for the Crown/Province and the Plaintiff, also, works for the Crown/Province, then, there is a “conflict of interest” which vitiates the validity of all court proceedings.

I am not in possession of any charging instrument or document bearing a blue-ink signature. Not only has the court been unable to provide a valid claim for me to believe that I, a man, have been charged, but also no corroborating entity (state, province, DTC, DTCC, etc.), has any record of any alleged claim. Proceeding on a “false claim” is constructive fraud.

CANADA, Inc./USA, Inc. is in receivership; so its creation, the province/state, also, is in receivership, has no standing in law, and, hence, has no jurisdiction over man. I never authorized the Crown/province/state to charge the trust. The one who created the liability must bring the remedy. Since the Crown/province/state has no value to give, then its agents have no right or standing to demand value from me. I did not, because I could not, ever create any liability. I own nothing; the Crown, province, state, DTC, et al own legal title to everything. I am the only one with any value, in this or any matter; only I can settle any accounting, via my “qualified signature” (autograph, agent for NAME). But, the only way for me to do so is to be presented with a blue-ink signed instrument, for my acceptance and authorization for the public to offset the liability. If the court cannot provide a valid claim, then, whoever charged the trust account, is liable for the debt and, until he comes up with the remedy to this conundrum, he is in breach of trust––the only reason anyone ever goes to jail.

The registered owner of the birth certificate is the province/state.  The bonds issued, upon the registration of the trust, via the Statement of Live Birth, are in the name of the province/state. As owner always functions as trustee, then, the state/province, not a man, is trustee.  However, since the court system hopes that the man will act as trustee, thereby making him liable for their charges against the trust, then, they pull every stunt in the book to get him to admit to being the Name/trust/accused/defendant that has been charged, thereby tricking him into trusteeship. They do this by stating the name of the charged account, getting him to stand for that case, and then asking his name. If he states the name of the trust, then not only is he presumed to be the owner of the trust but also the trustee, as all owners are trustees.

Since the first duty of any trustee is to protect the corpus of the trust, then, it is the trustee who must discern whether there is a valid claim against the trust. Since all claimants must first give value, prior to producing a claim for the return of value, and we know that the state/province (being insolvent) has no value to give, then, we can see why they are trying to get us to act as trustee. But, either way, a valid claim is impossible to produce; ergo, no valid claim has even been issued; only the trust account has been charged. The claim does not exist. Until the court produces it, there can be no “case” because the entire case rests on the plaintiff’s burden to produce a valid claim but there couldn’t possibly be one. ALL claims are false claims. All plaintiffs are operating via constructive fraud, pretending to have a claim when none exists, unless the plaintiff had already given value to the one against whom he has the alleged claim.

Even in civil cases which appear to be man vs. man, the man is not a party to the proceeding, if he uses the name of the trust in order to file the alleged claim.  There is no crime, no charge to be offset, no defendant, … nothing.  ALL court cases are null and void. The ENTIRE dog and pony show is a charade. Next time it crosses your mind to go to court, please bear all this in mind, along with the fact that the entire matter is about “cash-confiscation”––NEVER about what appears to be the “facts” of the case” and certainly not about “justice”.

“The Legal title owner can set up as many asset trusts, holding trusts, and account corporations as they please. They own the name. We have no access to these accounts and I suspect we never will because we do not own them.  Why would anyone want to assume the liabilities of the corporation/province/state? This desire must be ego-driven.  We have “dominion”, on this earth, not “ownership”.  Hand over all charges to the Legal Title OWNER. The world of the ego, not man, operates on legalities.  We have to make the creator of the corporation responsible for their liabilities.

She admits that the BC created a small corporation so that the province could trace our location and create funds for us. Government agents have been programmed to insist that we use the BC for identification when it was never, ever, intended to be used as such. The BC is equivalent to the title to one’s car. We do not ‘own’ the car; the owner of the title owns the car. The province cannot register human bodies. It is we who inaccurately and unfortunately opt to identify with the entity they created. She said that Ontario is the legal title holder but we pretend to be and this is the illusion of the game. We opt to believe we are the token as opposed to the one using the token. Isn’t this how we play the game of life?  We like to think we “own” things. We forget that we, in spirit, want only the experience of life (the game), and we are only using the body/token in order to play. The desire to “own” is based upon our ego’s belief in separation. In my February article, I wrote how slavery came about. The masters knew that the slaves would soon discover that they could over-power the masters, in numbers alone, so the masters opted to “free” the slaves by compensating them for their labour, with coins. The more they worked, the more coins they could get and the better house, clothing, and food they could have. What this accomplished for the masters was not only more labour from the slaves but also each slave was now competing with his fellows and his attention was no longer on loathing the master. Consequently, most people see their fellows, rather than the government, as their rivals. Hence, we now have “business”; the entire premise of which is “competition”.

To Summarize This Part

All court cases are fraudulent, for the following reasons:

Insufficiency of complaint: There is no true plaintiff; no verified statement; no swearing, by the cop or attorney, before a magistrate; no review and affirmation under oath and bond of the prosecutor; so the complaint is not certified and so it is not a charging instrument. Someone must be at risk to prevent frivolous complaints from being filed and no one is.

Failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted:  The court cannot provide a valid claim as the province/state is insolvent and has no value to give, ergo no value to recover. Due to insufficiency of complaint, there is no verified document to be presented for set-off.

Failure to state a cause of action:  There is no affidavit with a statement of damages. Who swears that a crime has been committed?  Who can bring forth the law which states that a man is in violation?  Since no “law” exists and what is pretended to be “law” applies only to legal fictions, then no one can swear to any grounds for legal action.  Since damages are not stated in an affidavit and signed under penalty of perjury, then there is no case.

Lack of standing:  No agent who files an alleged claim has any standing “in law” to do so. Neither prosecutor nor cop has any first-hand knowledge; neither prosecutor nor cop is a party of interest. If no man comes forward as a party of interest with first-hand knowledge of the facts of the case, who is eligible to state a claim?  Who is the plaintiff?

Lack of justiciable issue:  If there is no response or rebuttal to our affidavits and counterclaims, then the court agrees to and accepts the points presented therein. They have stipulated to our position. Since, now, we are all in agreement, there is nothing to adjudicate.

The final way to play the commerce game is not to play at all. In my previous article, I mentioned my friend, Nick, who has not received a paycheque in nearly 5 years. Every now and then I ask him how he is doing. If ever there were a man who lives in the “here and now”, it is Nick. One time he answered, “Fine; oh, the insurance is due on Friday.”  I laughed and asked, “Do you have the funds?”  “Not yet.”  “Nick, today is Thursday.”  “Mary, it isn’t due until tomorrow.” I checked with him a few days later and discovered that he had, indeed, somehow, received the cash he needed, on Friday, just as he had anticipated.

This is all about “indirect compensation”. E.g.: if you do something for me, and I compensate you directly, then that is where the possibility of expansion ends. However, if you do something for me and then I do for others and they continue to do for others, etc., the power of that energy grows exponentially and, when it returns to you, as it must, since “all thought (energy) returns to source” (– A Course In Miracles), it has increased dramatically. This is why, when we give first, without expectation of return, we get back more than we gave. It is an “energy/frequency” phenomenon.  In order to accept this concept, we must experience it.

At the dense, physical level of slow frequency, we are not in control. At the spiritual level of light frequency we have ALL control. Ergo, we do not need to DO anything about anything; we must change how we perceive what we think we are experiencing. “Seek not to change the world; seek only to change your mind about the world”. – ACIM

Origins of Slavery, aka Commerce

In the Garden of Eden, the serpent suggested to Eve, that if she were to eat of the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, her eyes would be opened and she would be as God. So, she and Adam ate the Amanita Muscaria mushroom (which resembles an apple) …. a hallucinogen which allowed them to realize that they are, indeed, God–– just as the serpent had said. It also allowed them to see that their nakedness meant that they are slaves, since, in the Garden, slaves wore no clothing. When they realized that their true nature was God, they clothed themselves accordingly. The LORD God (ego mind) didn’t like the fact that his slaves now knew they were God/Divinity, so he threw them out. Now, they were responsible for finding their own food, clothing, and shelter. Certainly, they had been protected, in the Garden, (read: “received benefits and privileges”), but their true freedom meant that they were now completely responsible for their lives. This was probably not too worrisome for them, now, with their gained knowledge that they are God.

In the 8th book of The Ringing Cedars of Russia series, we read that the slave-owners realized that, one day, the slaves, who out-numbered the masters 10 to 1, would finally catch onto how to escape, one way or another. So, the masters “freed” them by offering the slaves coins. The slaves were now free to clothe, feed, and house themselves, in any way they chose. The added bonus was that the more they worked, the more coins they received, the better food, clothing, and housing they could acquire …. but, they were still slaves, only now they were slaves to the coins.

Mankind, in his fear for his survival, has always wanted to control his environment and other people. So, mankind has never known anything but slavery. People who  insist that the commercial system was designed to work for everyone––if only the public servants would do their jobs and, if only there weren’t so much greed––are just being naive. Nothing is going to change the system of slavery. We cannot change anything outside ourselves without first changing our minds about what we think is outside ourselves. We must do as the original slaves (Adam and Eve), did …. realize that we are God, get up the gumption, and leave the Garden.

One slave might be smart enough to find a hole in the fence and  probably escape the Garden, yet, he dare not come back and tell the others how he did so. Even if he did, the hole would already have been fixed. But, inevitably, another slave has an even more clever idea about how to get out, so he gathers all the other slaves and, for a fee, tells them how to get out. Why don’t the other slaves ask, “If you’ve found an escape, why are you still here?… talking about how to get out? …… not because you care about us, or you wouldn’t be charging us.”

Many slaves have “found” legal material which the slave-owners have deliberately left lying about so that the slaves will give their attention to that, rather than to remembering they are God and able to escape. They don’t want a repeat of Adam and Eve, so they keep them busy with other distractions: sports, shopping, school, TV, and expensive seminars on “how to escape”.

But there is no escape as long as the slaves are resisting slavery. They are putting all their energy into not being a slave and this only affirms that they are, indeed, slaves. We become what we most resist. This is all part of the big plan to keep the slaves in their heads, as opposed to affording them the time and peace of mind to look into their hearts and remember who they are. If they did, just as Adam and Eve did, they would cover their nakedness,  i.e.: clothe themselves in the “frequency of love”. Slaves who have attained this high frequency are the most dangerous slaves to have around because they can awaken the other slaves.

The “seminar” slaves are not a threat to the slave-owner because these slaves are being kept busy looking for the solution outside themselves. The real threat is slaves who have risen above the level of being controlled. They even appear different which will get the attention of the others. The slave-master must expel them, just as the LORD God did with Adam and Eve. For most, being outside the garden is a daunting prospect, but for those who have realized the frequency of love, the thought of expulsion is freeing. They trust their intuition and know they will be safe.

There is no way of escape, as long as the slaves focus on papers that the slave-owner deliberately left for them to find and study. The way out is to remember who we are. See paragraph one.

Imagine kids playing Monopoly, on the living-room floor, in the evening. Dad walks by and says, “Wrap it up, kids. Bedtime!”  The kids beg Dad to play with them. Dad knows that if he joins them in the game, he will become one of them, and the kids will manage, surreptitiously, to keep him in the game and bedtime will be a long way off. The instant Dad sits down and asks, “What are the rules of the game”, the kids know they have won, because he is now IN the game. But, Dad knows who he is and says, “I’m not playing; I don’t care what the rules read, or even if you are following the rules; you do what I say.” There is nothing the kids can say or do, now that Dad refuses to give them his attention, energy, time, or emotion which they required, in order to continue to play.

In several of the “checkpoint” videos, where Border Patrol stops people, I notice that those who do not cave, are ultimately told, “Our superiors feel that, uh, we got better things to do than to play this game with you, sir, so we’ve been ordered to allow you to depart the checkpoint.”  What they are really saying is, “We were told to say, ‘we have to let you go, if we cannot get you to play our game with us…… sir’.”  When we stop consenting to play, the game will end. Got it?

“Business” is None of My Business

Hence, I neither know nor care how the banks, government, corporations, institutions play the game of commerce. I do know that complication indicates the presence of lies because only Truth is simple.  Knowing the details of their game would not benefit me…. it is their game. I do know that their accounting system requires NOTHING from me. I have more important things on which to put my time, attention, energy, and emotion. I am doing all I can to ascend to the frequency of love so that I can escape their slavery.

So, what I did to handle their desire to involve me was to tell them that I neither know nor care about how they play their game. Public servants have only 3 things to do at their places of employment: 1.  provide me their goods and services;  2.  manage the accounting thereof, which without the commerce game, wouldn’t be necessary, but, it is up to them to do what they do, to balance their books. This is their business, not mine.  3.  Cash Confiscation. They must do their job, i.e.: get cash from me, or they will not get paid. (See paragraph two.) So, they threaten me with “disconnection of service” if I do not “pay”. This is extortion and fraud. Handing over our cash or not has nothing to do with the balancing of their books and ledgers.

Their books were balanced long before we ever received anything from them. In the case of an alleged “bank loan”, no bank would ever hand us thousands of dollars without our first having paid them. Banks are in the business of “profit”, so it is an impossibility that they would trust the slaves to take thousands from them, if they didn’t get it from us, first. So, they do, in the form of a note with a signature. The amount on the note matches, exactly, the amount on the cheque we receive. What does this tell you? It was strictly an exchange of paper. No one gained; no one lost… a perfect example of “equal consideration” which is the prime requirement of all contracts.

At the end of the day, all bank records must prove zero balance. The next morning, nothing could be outstanding or there would be serious grounds for an audit. So, when you get an alleged “loan”, ask the banker, “Will your books balance, at the end of today?” Of course!  “So, where, on your books, could what you call my “indebtedness to the bank”, possibly show up?”

Years later, they say you signed papers which indicate your agreement to fork over your cash for the next 30 years. But that contract was based upon fraud, so not only is the contract invalid but also, since there is no statute of limitations on fraud, the mortgager now owes you the amount you have already paid. Tell the trustee of the public trust to write a cheque to the Name and deposit it. We (trust grantors) tell public servants what to do, but, not how to do it. If they require our authorization in order to credit the public trust, via the Name, then, we can let them know we authorize the paper which allows them to do so, but nothing more.

We know that all public accounting is handled by the exchange of paper and digital entries into a computer. That is all there is. Neither money nor cash is required; only paper and digital credit and debit. However, the insidious, prime purpose of this entire game is “Cash Confiscation”.  They pretend they are here to serves us, but, their true purpose is cash confiscation.

Here is how they do it: They create a “charge”/debt, for a utility, traffic infraction, or IRS/CRA; it matters not––as long as there is an “amount owing”. They make it up, as it cannot be real. They simply need a reason to charge the public trust and they require a Name, through which to access that credit. Remember, the entire game is about nothing other than “cash confiscation”.

Through years of programming, we have come to believe that we are a Name. We are not. LORD God––the ego mind––named Adam who then named everything in the garden. Only slaves are named. We couldn’t possibly be a Name, when we already know that we are God. The Name is simply a registered corporation, through which the public can access the public trust. What for?  For “cash confiscation”. Why?  When people have less cash, they are more easily frightened, compliant, manipulated, and controlled––just the way slave-owners want their slaves. This is the only reason for Cash Confiscation…. other than the controllers of the world are buying their way into the underground facilities at Denver airport because they live in fear of some catastrophe. But that’s not important, right now.

Regain Control

We have dominion over them, until we sink to their level which we do by communicating with them, in any way. Then, we are in their frequency. They control the lower frequencies of anger, frustration, and fear. When we regard this from an energetic perspective (and energy is all there is), we see that we must not engage in their insanity. When we do anything at that frequency, we are vulnerable to their control.

The only solution is to remove, from them, our attention, time, energy, and emotion and direct it to the frequency of love. They cannot exist in “love”, yet, we can stoop to anger, frustration, and fear. As they desperately require these emotions from us in order to survive, their full-time job is to devise the means to capture them.

When we look to them for our “remedy” for anything, we are enslaved. This is why they keep us looking “outside ourselves” for answers to everything …. love, money, happiness, peace, health. The solution to all of that is within us, not them. They love it when we get upset over their signing bills to “take away our health freedoms”. Cry me a river. We are above all that.

Every aspect of this game of commerce is a red herring ….. just varying forms of manipulation designed to keep our attention off our Divinity.  All “laws” (codes, rules, regulations, statutes, acts, legislations, bills, by-laws, constitutions) apply only to those who legislated them. Therefore, the “remedies” within said “laws”, also, apply only to those who legislated them.

So, whereas they must follow their own “commercial laws”, so then, they have the opportunity to access their “commercial remedies”, available within them.  Whereas we have NO obligation to follow their commercial laws, so then, we also have NO opportunity to access their commercial remedies within them.
So, put away all your thoughts of finding a “solution FOR commerce IN commerce” because, although there are many “solutions” and “remedies”, by which a few of us have prevailed, albeit very briefly over the years, these alleged “solutions” and “remedies”  were designed by the privileged, to be used by the privileged, …. NOT to be used by the slaves whom they consider us to be.  When they realize that it is a slave who has implemented one of their “commercial remedies”, they simply put a stop to it.
All of the “latest processes”, are ‘psy-ops processes’; they are disinformation which comes from the controllers, themselves, in order to distract our attention from the true cause….which is we, and the true solution….which is to clear our minds of the programmed belief that there is an authority outside ourselves.
NO solution FOR commerce can be found IN commerce because commerce is of the ego mind and WE are not.  Our solution lies within. Our solution is our dominion.
They do not care WHAT we believe, as long as our beliefs are what THEY promoted because it is the “believing”, itself, ….. the energy, time, emotion, and attention we give them, which allows them to realize their control over us.  If we do as they tell us, no matter what that is––whether their rules or their words, we remain under their control.

The controllers believe and obey LORD God, of the Bible, which is their law book because their superiors have sworn upon it. So, we can point to it and declare our Dominion. If they do not accept the Bible, then they have relinquished their option to refer to any of their “laws” which would establish their “authority” over us, because all their laws are derived from LORD God’s laws. They’re sunk, either way, as long as we remember who we are ….. Divinity with Dominion.

I know of no “commercial remedy” or “process” which has consistently worked. Episodic wins are granted only to keep us on the idiotic treadmill of “search for the cure”.  I do know, though, of a few who have prevailed, over time, by having declared their dominion over all the earth and over every living thing upon the earth.

Names

In truth, nothing has a name. We do our children a huge disservice by telling them the names of things because this takes them directly into their left brains––the intellect–– where the controllers of the world want us. They do not want us in our right brains––the creative, spiritual mind, with access to our Divinity. The “substance” (consciousness/energy) of man already existed and LORD God (ego) captured that and breathed into it “form”, creating the concept of duality––substance/spirit and form/ego, and named it Adam. Adam then named everything in the “world”. LORD God (ego) has jurisdiction over NAMES/forms/fictions…. and nothing else.

Everything in fiction (forms) …. is of LORD God. This means that we, as God, are unable to recognize it. The minute we do, we step into LORD God’s “form”/fiction/image and leave behind our God-like “substance” and status. If we acknowledge them, other than to order them, as public servants, what to do, we are trapped. The instant we file documents, complete forms, mail legal paper, follow commercial processes, etc. we give up our Divinity, step into their fiction, and  behave as if they have authority over us because, at that point, they do.

Example: it is alright for man, created as female, by God, to grow and smoke a plant which we/God created. We have “dominion over all the earth and over every living thing upon the earth”. Since legalities apply to NAMES, it is illegal for MARY to grow and smoke MARIJUANA. As long as we do not identify anything, by NAME––the means by which LORD God gained control, then we remain free from the jurisdiction of LORD God/controllers (cops, bankers, judges, et al). The God of the controllers is LORD God, the ego mind. We/God are Divinity. Spirit mind (God) can control ego mind (Lord God). This means that love (spirit mind) is more powerful than fear and control (ego mind). Now, read again, my article on Ho’oponopono.

The Name is not you, nor is it yours. You couldn’t possibly be a ‘name’. You were not invited to court; the Name was. They have charged the Name, not you. The charging of the public trust is their business, not yours. If they charge, they are obliged to offset. You don’t care how they do it; it has nothing to do with you. You have dominion (rule) over all the earth and over every living thing upon the earth and that includes things made from the earth, e.g.: court documents. They are following the laws of LORD God (ego mind) and you are God/Divinity (spirit mind). You can function at the frequency of love and they cannot. They will not even be able to detect you, because they cannot recognize love. Love is a frequency which they cannot attain, cannot reach, cannot see, cannot be. This is our edge. We have a power which not only can they not handle, have no weapons against, but also they have no experience of it. It is completely out of their realm. “Love” is your tool; USE IT!

The bureaucrats who charged the public trust, did so via the Name and so they must re-pay their debt to the public trust, via the same Name. We know that anything they have us sign or return to them is the paper (voucher, ticket, etc.) which they can use to deposit to the public trust. It’s true that they would prefer we identify with the Name and when they convince us that the Name owes, they hope that we will simply believe that we owe. Then they get to confiscate our cash, but cash never can or will offset a debt derived from a piece of paper.  It is oil and water. They do not mix and they are not interchangeable. The only way for them to offset the debt which they created by charging the public trust, via the Name, is to deposit another piece of paper into the public trust, via the Name.

I always tell them that the easiest way for them to zero balance their ledgers and the accounting of the public trust would be to write a cheque to the Name, thereby debiting their account the same amount that they have already credited it (via the charging (debiting) of the public trust), ….. and they can mail the cheque to the above-listed address (mine).

All debt is created on pieces of paper; therefore, all debt can be offset by other pieces of paper.

The very first time I was in court, 14 years ago, I said, “That’s not my name.”  I was in handcuffs before I could take my next breath. What does this tell you?  I hit them where it hurt. That I didn’t know how to handle the situation, after I made that remark, is unfortunate, but never doubt that the “name game” is the crux of the entire matter.

The ego thinks its purpose is our “survival”. When we feel threatened, our ego kicks in and the results are, inevitably, insane. If we can grasp that “survival” is not our responsibility, we can keep the ego at bay, and trust that “whatever is …. is, or is at least good enough”. Letting go of our attachments to outcomes and accepting results is the key. Our survival is the responsibility of our higher self/oversoul/spirit. So, the ego’s desire to “win the commerce game” is a waste of time and energy, not only because it cannot be done but also because even if it could, the win would produce no tangible or lasting results within any reality, since we are living within an illusion. It is tantamount to identifying oneself as the “winner” of a Monopoly game because the instant the game is over, the “win” ceases to matter. It is all part of the dream/fiction and, as ACIM says, “You forgot to laugh.”

Love is the Currency of the 21st Century

Yes, there will be an end of the economic system, along with everything else we know, because we are the ones who will end it. We are fed up with the insanity of the way it is. Everything will shift, very soon; as soon as we shift. Commerce will end, when we quit playing the game.

We will all soon be doing what we love to do and serving our fellow man by doing so. When we operate from love and we give, we get back way more than we gave. Not only I but also my friend, Nick, among many others, has proved this.

My friend, Nick, is a pilot and flight instructor. He also works on computers and upgrades everyone he can to Linux. He has been serving his fellow man, in various ways, and operating from love, for over 4 years without trading, exchanging, or receiving a paycheque. At the end of every week, somehow, he has enough cash or gifts to take care of his family of six. He operates purely on donation and his intuition. Sometimes he receives nothing, sometimes he receives a little, and sometimes he receives a lot. He relies upon his higher self /intuition /oversoul to tell him what to do, where to go, how to be. He knows that he and his family will be taken care of and all that he has is precisely what he requires – no more and no less. At the end of his day, it is always enough. Nick does not charge his fellow man, he has faith in his intuition, and he claims he has never been happier. Being a former, very-devoted, evangelical, born-again, spirit-filled Christian, this was quite a change, for the better. For those who wonder, “compared to what?”, I have pictures of Nick with his Cadillac, one of his many motor homes, his aeroplane, and his huge house with a huge yard. After studying law, scripture, and history he realized that all the problems on earth come from everyone competing against each other and, one day, said to his wife, “I just can’t do this anymore; I am part of the problem.”  So, he walked away from it all. He says he has not a care in the world, any longer. “Everything is handled. I just have to do my part everyday and that is all. Life has never been better.”

“You are an aspect of the infinite so, to that which you imagine to be real, you actually give life. So the idea of what you might call ‘negative entities’ – ‘they’ can have lives of their own; ‘they’ can have an existence and self-awareness, but the only way you can interact with any negative consciousness is by being of that frequency and attracting it. One of the easiest ways to be of that frequency and to attract it is to fall for the idea that you have to fear it because you really believe that it is more powerful than you are. It isn’t; … it would like you to think so because that’s what generates the fear it needs to survive. But, you are not less powerful. Whatever you choose is what you are and whatever you are is what you attract and, if you know you choose to be a reflection of the positive manifestation, then you might be able to be aware of the fact that there might be negative manifestations, but they can never interact with you in any effectual way. You will become literally invisible to them.” –– Bashar

The “world” is only a projection of what goes on in our minds, so, those whom we call “controllers of the world” are really only “controllers of our minds”. The only reason they are “controllers of our minds” is because WE ARE NOT.  The instant we take control of our minds, our world will become the way WE want it and it will immediately cease to be the way ‘they’ want it.

The work that is exigent is to take control of our minds …. not of the world, not of others, not of our circumstances, not of anything; only of that which goes on in our minds. Turn away from the world; turn away from everything; turn away from everyone, and turn to yourself. The purpose of life is “mind management”.

The only thing going on ‘in the world’ is that which I am perceiving and, in order to perceive it, I had to imagine it, first.  I am the creator of all that I experience.

Worry about, judgement of, or engagement in a problem reveals to Divinity that we do not require its assistance. We do have “free will” to do so, however, what we resist will persist until we let go of it and allow Divinity to erase it from our memory. The phrases which energetically allow for this are: “I love you; I’m sorry; Please forgive me; Thank you.” Dr. Hew Len worked as a psychotherapist at Hawaii State Hospital for the criminally insane and never met with any patients, in session. He knew that his seeing them as insane was due to his memory and data, so he worked with this concept, not with the patients. After two years, all but two patients had left the hospital and it was closed.

We are constantly living in our memories. We can never experience anything as ‘new’ and our ability to “Be Here Now” is prevented.  What if we had no emotional memory?  We could then see everything, clearly, as Here and Now. Ho’oponopono allows the Divinity within us to erase the memories which are causing us to react to all information, persons, and situations.

It is important not to have expectations of outcomes. We know this, yet, it is difficult to avoid. I recall when I ate only alkaline food for a couple of weeks. Certain aspects of my body, which I never would have imagined would heal, did heal; and others, which I had hoped would heal, did not. So, this is all up to Divinity to erase those memories as it deems to be in the best interest of us all … as the one.

Every problem we encounter is an opportunity to ‘clean on it’. If the problem appears to be someone else’s, it is up to us to clean on it because, in the here and now, WE are experiencing it; therefore, it is ours to heal. “If you spot it, you got it.”

Ho’oponopono allows us to be at peace. Whatever or whoever is disturbing us is only due to our perceiving it … or them, based upon a memory. It might be due to data which we both share, and this is possible if we have a previous experience with them. This is usually the case because we have lifetimes upon lifetimes with those who appear to be unknown to us now. The finale is: we just don’t know anything so the solution is to repeat the phrases and trust that Divinity will erase the programs, data, memory, fear, belief, and trauma and we will be free. Trying to “figure it out” (why am I ill? … why don’t I like that fellow? … why did I create this situation?) is only a waste of time and energy because not only can we never know, but also “knowing” will not assist our spiritual evolution. “Why” doesn’t matter; so, asking “why?” only placates the ego-mind and this is how it maintains its vice-grip control of us.

Everything but “peace” is a memory!  This means that all ‘negative’ thoughts, annoying circumstances, disease, our reaction to people, and everything, other than peace of mind, is a memory. It is not real in the here and now. The conscious mind is capable of processing only 15 bits of the 11 million bits of information we perceive subconsciously, every second. It is idiocy to think that we know what is going on in the world. We couldn’t possibly know what is going on with anything or anyone, anywhere, any time, ever. We are clueless! Fifteen bits, of the 11 million which impact any given circumstance, are hardly enough information upon which to make any sort of wise discernment or take any sort of appropriate action. We are missing the bulk of the information to do so. Better to leave this in the hands of Divinity and one way is to repeat the phrases which invite that power to do so.

Ho’oponopono teaches that we have three levels to the mind. Memories release from conscious to subconscious to super-conscious to Divinity which erases them from the world. Our usual waking state is in memory and so, we are deaf to Divinity’s inspiration. By taking 100% responsibility and “cleaning on” everything, all the time, we release memories, open to inspiration, and ultimately reach Zero state where we feel peace. We then become an empty vessel for Divinity to provide us all that we require.

Not only do we not know anything but also we have no need to know anything. The desire for information and knowledge is our conscious mind/ego’s desire to remain in control. But, that’s impossible because it cannot process the vast amount of information with which we are presented every second. It is lose/lose, so our intent to learn as much as we can about any given situation is laughable. I am reminded of when my mid-wife asked me, “So, are you ready to have this baby?”, who was due in two days, and I answered, “I just wish I had time to read one more book on the subject.”  She sternly looked me in the eye and said, “YOU need to have read one LESS book.” She knew that I was an information junkie, I over-analyzed everything, and I had a belief that if I knew, intellectually, everything there was to know about bearing my baby, I would be a ripping success when, in fact, I noticed, as I was in labour and delivery, that my intellect and vast knowledge had absolutely nothing to do with my experience. The entire event was a success, due to my intuition, not my information.

For those of you who are searching for a solution to our commercial woes, my intent is that you realize that doing so is an attempt to correct the system – that which lies outside ourselves. It is not only impossible but also a ludicrous concept, now that we know that there is nothing ‘out there’. There is no ‘world’ out there. It is all within each of us and what we see is a mirror image of what we bring to any waking moment. There is only we, facing our memories. Those whom we meet in commercial situations – cops, judges, bankers, et al – are only there for us to realize that we must clean on our memory, traumas, beliefs – whether from ‘another time and space’ or just last week. Bumping into those whom we deem ‘thugs’ is only our opportunity to clean on it so that it does not occur again. Blaming them only further empowers them and disempowers us.

The world is not being done TO you; the world is being done BY you. The world is not coming AT you; it is coming FROM you. When you go to a position of being “at cause” instead of being “at effect”, then you are no longer a victim. – Gary Renard

I wish I could tell you that the degree of our desire could impact our success; alas, I cannot. This ought not to keep us from doing it though because it is the ONLY way to put an end to all this nonsense that we have all experienced. There is no other solution. There is no solution IN commerce FOR commerce; it is all within US and the instant we accept 100% responsibility for our experiences, it will all come to a screeching halt… whenever that is meant to be. It is determined by Divinity, not us, and although we are a duplication of divinity, it is not our business. As long as we pour our time and energy into something which is outside ourselves, we are pouring them down the drain. The solution is within ourselves and no amount of knowledge, processes, information, remedies,  etc. can relieve us of the horrors which we have all suffered, by our own memories. We must quit listening to others, reading, learning, or studying commercial “solutions”. Only we can clear this up for ourselves and when we do, it will be cleared for us all. Remember, Dr. Hew Len cleaned only on himself: “What is it in me that causes me to experience these people as insane?”  He worked only on his memories and, within months, these “criminally insane” people were no longer so. Can’t we do the same to stop the viciousness which is solely our own lifetimes of memories?  Of course we can. We can no longer spend our time and energy on looking outside ourselves for a solution to what appears to be the problems “in the world”. The “world situation” is not “in the world”; it is in our memories and only we can clean on those memories and only Divinity can erase them so that we are no longer at the effect of them.

What appears to be going on in the world is none of our business because it is only ‘details’. We already know how insane the ‘world’ is, so the details are immaterial. We have enough going on within ourselves to keep us busy. But, notice that the propaganda is designed to keep our attention on healing the mirror image (world) and away from healing ourselves. We have no idea what is going on in the world. We must quit pretending that we do. Information and knowledge are red herrings. It is the global elitists’ way of saying, “Look over here, at the image, so that you will not look to the source. Ignore the man behind the curtain – the cause – because the cause is we and as soon as we recall our power, it is we who can change that which appears to be ‘in the world’.

The elitists want us searching for palliatives for what is in the mirror; they do not want us to heal the cause. We can heal the cause by asking Divinity to erase our memories, in order to effect a cure for what is going on because, since “Peace Begins with Me”, we would then have 100% control over what is going on in the mirror/world. As long as we continue to look where they point, to see how bad it all is, we remain powerless. This is how they want us … out of control and powerless. If we take 100% responsibility for ALL of it, we recall our power and have the energy to shift the entire situation, via shifting the projector – the mind. That which appears to be going on in the world is really only a result of what is going on in the mind. The only place our attention ought to be is on us and ‘cleaning on’ those memories which are preventing us from experiencing peace. There is no authority outside of us. We are the authority – both the cause and the cure. There is no one and nothing else.

We are meant to act, immediately, upon inspiration. If we are confused about what we ‘hear’, we are to clean on it. We must stop giving our memories our power. They are what keeps us from living our lives. Everything in our lives which pains us is always, only a result of our memory. When we clean on our memories and Divinity erases them, they are gone from the world because we are the source of all the problems which appear to be in the world.

There are hundreds of billions of info-bits which we subconsciously perceive every day and we react to them via our memories. Based upon these memories, which we couldn’t possibly begin to discover, we have developed beliefs. ‘Good’ beliefs are as detrimental as ‘bad’ beliefs, as they are all based upon only memories, not upon any facts because there are no “facts”; there are only experiences. We have beliefs about God, other people, events, health, wealth, love, and life itself. It is never-ending and it is ALL the past. E.g.: think about how many times eggs, have gained and lost status: “good food - bad food”. Only our personal experiences of anything, is important. But, those experiences are all influenced by memory, opinions, propaganda, facts, science, history, etc. There is only here and now.

Peace Begins With Me

If there is to be peace on earth; it must begin with each one of us, individually. There is nothing to do, out there. Nothing out there can be “corrected” without first correcting our memories, beliefs, programming, knowledge, data, judgements, information, “truths”, opinions, etc. which is ALL garbage. “The Information Era” was a huge boon, but it has back-fired on us in that we now ‘know’ too much. This has titillated our left brain to grasp at greater amounts of data – the very thing we want to erase. We have no need of what we think is “important information” because we do not have the capacity to assimilate it.

Once you decide to titillate instead of illuminate . . . you create a climate of expectation that requires a higher and higher level of intensity. – Bill Moyers.

Dr. Hew Len says that when we are willing to take 100% responsibility for whatever we experience in our life, we can then go on to the next step where we say, “I am sorry for bringing, to this situation, whatever is going on in me, that I experience the world this way. Please forgive me for whatever it is  that caused this”. Once we ‘let go’, the Divine can shift the energy and this will impact the entire cosmos.

We never experience life’s events accurately; we experience only our reaction to them. When we meet people, we do not experience them the way the Divine created them, so we ought to be thinking, “I am sorry for what ever is going on in me that I do not experience him the way Divinity created him; please forgive me”. If we want to rid the problems of others, we must rid our own, first. Our memories dictate our experiences and, ergo, our experiences are inauthentic. When we do not take responsibility for our experiences, not only do we miss the here and now but also we resort to blaming others for any ‘bad’ experiences. When conscious and unconscious memories are erased, they stop dictating our reactions.

The most important questions of creation are, “Who am I?” and “Who’s in Charge?”  We must “know thyself”. When we know that we are Divinity, we are capable of taking 100% responsibility and this grants us the power to experience authentically. The whole world is within us and, by being 100% responsible, (saying “I love you; I’m sorry; please forgive me; thank you”), we regain our power, we change, and the world changes, too.

Unfortunately, for those of us who pride ourselves on our intellect, our intellect does not have the ability to erase memories from our subconscious mind because that is not its function. When we have 11 million bits per second of information coming at us, of which we are conscious of only 15, (Tor Norretranders - The User Illusion), our conscious mind can not make our decisions; it is memories that choose our resultant behaviour. The function of the intellect, according to Dr. Hew Len, is to make the choice between whether we are going to take 100% responsibility for everything we experience in our lives, or not. This is similar to the concept of A Course In Miracles: We are three minds: the ego, the spirit, and the one who chooses to which one to listen. We must learn to chose ‘spirit’/Divinity to be the one to dictate our actions and experiences.

David Ike says, “The cliché, “knowledge is power” is not true. Knowledge is not power unless you act on it.”  I contend that both “knowledge” and “the acting upon it” are what keeps us in the world when our soul’s intent is to get us out of it.

Most are seeking more information, hence, the popularity of “the information superhighway”, however, I want LESS information. I want to unplug; I want less on my mind. I want to “tune in, turn on, and drop-out”…. tune into the frequency of my Divinity, turn on to who I really am: an innocent who has no knowledge of the world, and drop-out of the meaningless barrage of programs, information, beliefs, knowledge, news, data, and memories which only prevent a clear, still, non-judgemental, thought-free, neutral mind. “Zero” – “here and now” – is the only state in which we can receive Divine inspiration.

ACIM (A Course in Miracles) is adamant about this!  “I do not know what anything is for; I have given everything I see all the meaning it has for me; I do not understand anything; I am never upset for the reason I think; I see only the past; I see nothing as it is now; My thoughts do not mean anything; My meaningless thoughts are showing me a meaningless world;  A meaningless world engenders fear; I have no neutral thoughts; I can escape from the world I see by giving up attack thoughts; God is in everything I see because God is in my mind; I am not a victim of the world I see; I have invented the world I see; I could see peace instead of this; There is nothing to fear”, etc.

Be vigilant, be aware, be disciplined. We are to “clean” before we inflict our preconceived ideas on all people, places, and things. I don’t know what is going on or why, but I would like to make amends for them. Yet we cannot correct what appears to be outside ourselves; we can only ask that Divinity erase what we are bringing to the world. We want to be in tune with ourselves and at peace, not in tune with what is “out there”. When we are at Zero, we operate in the best interests of us all.

Decades ago, my friend broke up with a fellow called, Ralph. She told me that, now, her life was, ALL about “Ralph and NOT Ralph” …. in other words, even when she was not missing Ralph and her life was about not Ralph, that meant that her life was still about “Ralph”. This duality is the entire matter. There is no neutrality in duality or polarity. As ACIM says, “I have no neutral thoughts”, so thoughts themselves are the problem. So, the cliché, “think positive” is a hazardous concept.  We do not have thoughts; thoughts have us. When we can reach neutrality, which Dr. Hew Len calls, “Zero”, we are FREE. In meditation, we strive to get to “no thought”. My ego does not want me to meditate because it thrives on my attention and, to the ego, my not paying attention to it means ‘death’.  It will do anything to hold my attention, keep me thinking its thoughts, and holding its beliefs. It doesn’t care whether these beliefs are negative or positive, as long as it has the authority, over me, on what to believe.

The PTB, Global Elite, Illuminati, Government, Vatican, Corporations, etc. represent the ego mind. It does not care whether we believe ‘good’ beliefs or ‘bad’ beliefs, as long as we continue to ‘believe’ and look outside ourselves for ‘information’ and situations which corroborate those beliefs. That is where it controls us. Which side of the coin we believe is not the issue; the issue is the coin itself. They do not care which religion, nationality, profession, sports team, TV show, doctor, career, opinions, school, etc., we choose, as long as we do choose, regard it as very important to us, and insist upon identifying with it. All that matters is that our identifying beliefs be well-lodged within our psyche. THIS is what grants them control over us. Neither the ego nor the PTB cares what we believe as long as we have beliefs …. to hold energetic space – space which is meant to be kept clear to receive  Divine inspiration. Neither the ego mind nor the PTB wants us clear because both want to remain in control of us so that we cannot spiritually evolve and return to our true ascended soul selves.

“The information age” has gone from an assist to a detriment. We must dismiss all beliefs, information, fears, programming, data, memory, etc., i.e.: “crash the computer”, in order to receive the messages which we truly require in order to become free. Those messages – our inspiration – can come from only our Source/Divinity/Higher Self. We must turn our attention away from the world and what appears to be its problems and get on with this assignment of clearing ourselves, if we are ever to become free.

These phrases encompass love, correction, forgiveness, and gratitude.

This is all we require to live in love and peace.

We are steeped in “commerce” and “law”. It is difficult to think that there is anything, in our entire existence, that doesn’t involve one of those two concepts. Yet, we know there is because we have fleeting glimpses of them:  nature (if we do not have to pay to experience it), friendship (if it isn’t based upon $), the love of our children (if we are not being conned into buying them something). Alright, never mind, I guess EVERYTHING is about commerce and law. Well, Darn!

So, thanks to my study of A Course In Miracles, the experiences of my friend, Nick, and the work of my friend, Robert (freedomfiles.org), I was able to step outside “law and commerce” to discover “love and dominion”. Therein lies the solution to “$ and not $”.

Where there is law, there is no love and, where there is love, there is no law.

Where there is commerce, there is no dominion and, where there is dominion, there is no commerce.

Since “dominion” essentially means “freedom”, we can interchange the words, so:

In the first 2 pages of the KJV of the Holy Bible, there is dominion, thus, freedom and, in the remaining 1506 pages, there is law and commerce.

When we know who we are, we operate in love and we have freedom and, when we do not know who we are, we operate in law, without love, and we have commerce, without freedom.

As always, the choice is ours.

If the solution isn’t simple, it isn’t accurate

We now know that corporations (banks, companies, governments) have a system of accounting which is all their own. It is called “double-entry bookkeeping”. It is numbers placed onto two sides of a ledger – a “t-chart” – debits and credits. Not only do ledgers have nothing to do with $ but also they have nothing to do with not $. This means that what we think of as $ – cash, money orders, cheques, credit cards, debit cards/bank accounts, bonds, stocks, precious metals, etc. is not in their realm; not even a bit. They do not, cannot, and will not use these. They are fictions and fictions cannot use tangibles. Only we, of substance, can use tangibles. Fictions use fictions. Things which do not exist, except on paper, i.e.: corporations, can make use of only things which also exist only on paper, i.e.: numbers on a ledger. Numbers get moved via paper and via EFT – electronic funds transfer. There is nothing else which a fiction can use; nothing.

All debt is created on paper, so, all debt can be offset via other pieces of paper.

No amount of what we think of as $ can offset or pay or discharge or handle or settle any of their alleged debt. Only the “voucher”, a piece of paper, which they insist upon being returned to them, can handle their debt for their accounting. So, where goes the $ – cash, cheque, money order, etc., when we send them to a corporation. Well, since fictional corporations can’t use them, they get passed along to  corporate executives, the IMF, and the Word Bank.

Why are they collecting all the cash?  At some point in our history, the banks forced us to become dependent upon $. We all believe we need it. If we have less than we think we need, we become fearful. Fear is the emotion by which people can be controlled. So, it stands to reason, if you want to control people, you keep them in a state of fear and the best way to do that is to take from them that which they inherently believe they need. Ergo, they have created a slave-labour force because, via our labour, they give us $ which we believe we need and then they take back enough of it to cause us to live in fear, which is really the only thing they want from us – our fear. Not only do they require our fear, in order to control us, but also they require it because this is the emotion on which they thrive. They cannot go near “love”. It is kryptonite to them.   Say!  Here’s an idea!  What if we all behaved lovingly towards one another!  What if we quit charging our fellow man and completely gave up the $ racket!  Then the controllers would run out of energy and cease to function.

When these same people threaten us with foreclosure, repossession, cessation of service or goods, etc. it is nothing other than extortion, which is a commercial crime. But let’s not bother charging them with this because we don’t have to do so. All we have to do is realize who we are and order them to handle their own accounting. It is not our job, it is not up to us to “make right” a game which is all theirs. They are on this earth to provide a service for us and, if they want to make a game out of it, by drawing up accounts, they can do so, but it has nothing to do with us. Besides, if, indeed, we truly did owe them for whatever they provided, I’m sure they would just send us a bill telling us that this is what it cost them (in $), they would appreciate being reimbursed for it, and we would be happy to comply. However, we all know that we never get a bill; we get only a “statement of account”. All that means is that they want to keep us apprised of what they did for us, amounts, dates, purchases, etc. It has nothing to do with anyone “owing” anyone because, how could we possibly pay them, even if we did “owe” them, when their entire system cannot handle the means which we use to handle transactions with our fellow man.

When I was young, my mother’s friend cut her hair for her. My mum would take her friend a gift for this. She never gave her $. My mum’s friend was giving her time and talent to my mum and, clearly, my mum wanted to compensate her, in a manner more polite than $.  But corporations are set up for the sole purpose of giving us what is, already, rightfully ours because we have dominion over the earth and everything which comes from the earth. Believe me, they are compensated before they even think of giving us said service because, otherwise, how would they have the means to set up all that was involved in doing so? But, from wherever that initial start-up cost came is also from where all other costs are covered. They do not need us or our labour or our $ to handle these costs. Again, corporations, banks, governments do not operate in the same system that men and women do. They do not want, from us, a gift of a pretty, pink vase to put on their mantle. They cannot use it; they use numbers on ledgers, as the tools of their accounting game.

Quit giving corporations something that has nothing to do with the corporation, or what you received from it, or how it operates. Their realm is completely separate from us. Since corporations are controlled by governments which are controlled by banks, the only reason any of them take from us that which we use, i.e.: our cash, is in order to control us. But we cannot be controlled, if we know who we are.

How do we let them know that we know who we are and, also, that we will no longer be sending them what we know corporations cannot use?  We tell them. I have sent letters to CRA, IRS, and other US and Canada corporations. Their responses were threatening. Part of their job is to check to see if we really do know who we are.  Rob says:  “They are here to teach us about God. Darkness is a part of God. Don’t fear it.”

All the threatening letters I’ve received are laughable, once I get over the initial shock, because, after all the threats, the very last line is the tip-off:  “You can still pay, via credit card, cheque, etc. Call this number to let us know.”  Check for that line first because then you’ll know that everything which precedes it is just a hoot.

The drift of the letter must include three things:

1.  Who we are:  We are not a Name or Date of Birth. God, of Chapter 1, Genesis, did not create names, calendars, laws, or commerce. It was “LORD God”, of Chapter 2, (the Annunaki and/or the Elohim) who named God’s man and woman, “Adam and Eve”, whom he had captured and put into the Garden of Eden (the gated paradise/jail) as his slaves.  LORD God did not want Adam and Eve to know that they had dominion over the earth and over every living thing upon the earth, so he told them not to eat the fruit from the tree of the knowledge (of good and evil). Fortunately, the serpent told them that they did not have to obey any alleged authority outside themselves and so they found out the truth and were no longer “naked” (without knowledge). No wonder they were “expelled from the garden” (read: “freed from jail”). The LORD God could not keep them enslaved after they learned the truth about who they are.

2.  The law, under which they operate: In the provinces, it is easier to demonstrate this, however, in the states, all oaths end in “So help me God” which shows that they know God is supreme. Also, the Pledge of Allegiance states that the USA is “one nation under God”.  Since anything with a name or title is a person and, ergo, a fiction, the existence of which cannot be proven, it is under the law. Law applies to persons and not to men and women.  All controllers defer to God.

3.  An Order, for them to follow:  They need us to tell them what to do. Remember, they have no energy unless they get it from us – which is why we want to be sure we send them love and not fear. They work for us so we must instruct them on what to do, but not how to do it, because this is their game, not ours. They need to know that we know we are the boss.  We are a director of a play.  All that happens is, purely, due to what we say, however, how the particular actor chooses to act, within that particular role, is up to him, not up to us, as director, because the entire reason we hired him, in the first place, is because we trust that he knows how to act. Think of corporations that way.

It is so important to keep in mind that we are not a Name and, if we identify with a Name (or date of birth or title or religion or profession or college or political party or race or sex or nationality or tribe or country or another person), the controllers know that we are one of theirs. The hardest thing about which we will have to change our minds is that we are not the Name. We have identified with the Name, from the instant we were born; … well, in my son’s case, two weeks later. The Name has been with us every moment of our lives so, it is a very convincing piece of evidence. People even take exception to being called something that is not exactly what they believe their Name to be. We truly do believe we ARE a Name, yet, nothing could be further from the truth.

So, to recapitulate:

We must know not only who we are but also who we are not;

We must know who the controllers are, why they want to control us, and their exact means of doing so;

We must know how to apply how we know who we are and who we are not, in order to get out from under the control of those whose intent it is to control us.

Part 3  will outline how we must live amongst one another, in order to have “life” work for all of us.

Part 1

“Complicated” is a characteristic of either those who do not “know” or explanations by those who do not want us to “know”. “Simple” is always gentler, smoother, and more concise; ergo, more accurate.

Think of all the subjects which we consider to be complicated; rather, that we were told are complicated:  medicine, law, religion, politics, banking, etc. Do we really need to know them? Do we even want them in our lives? They were designed for the purpose of controlling us, yet, we can be controlled only if we defer to those who claim to be able to interpret them and “simplify” them for us. From where did they get their information which allows them to know how to simplify complicated disciplines?  Now, that’s a facer, isn’t it?  It came from the “authorities” who told them that these subjects were complicated and needed interpretation by someone “in authority”.  This is tantamount to “teachers teaching teachers teaching teachers.”

In other words, we were deliberately set-up to believe that there are things we must know, yet, can’t possibly know, unless some “authority” explains it all to us. So, those of us who fell for this “authority hoax” seek out doctors, attorneys, bankers, priests, etc. in order to tell us how to run our lives because all we know are the simple aspects of life: health, love, kindness, doing what we love to do and serving our fellow man whilst doing so. There is nothing complicated about those concepts. So, we have been invited to be dependent upon those who claim to know more about something about which we neither need nor want. Also, it evidences that we are continually being conned into believing the main myth – that we are separate; not only separate but also not equal to one another. Weren’t we all born “equal”?

Since I have already exposed the societal weapons of propaganda and control (medicine, law, religion, schooling, etc.), let’s take a look at the original, deliberate deception.

For years, I refused to use the Bible for legal purposes (or for any purpose) because I knew it had been so tampered with, re-written, and altered to suit the agenda of those in control. I continued to hear, “But it is THEIR law book.”  I would respond, “Yes, it is THEIR law book, NOT mine.”  I knew the entire book was propaganda, fiction and, therefore, inaccurate because it applied to “them”. It had nothing to do with me and I wasn’t about to compromise my integrity by shoving it in their faces any more than I would bring their statutes, laws, etc. to them, in order to support my position. None of it had anything to do with my principles. Why would I make use of or refer to anything that isn’t the “truth”?

Note that both “the law” and the entire Bible (except for the first chapter –1.5 pages) are very complicated. The alleged leaders of all religions and all law societies do their best to have us believe that we must go to them for interpretation. Both “Law” and the Bible, apparently, are not understandable by people like us. The simple truth, of both these, is that true “Law” and the “word of God” are both extremely simple, straight-forward, and easy to comprehend for all of us. Those whose intent it is to complicate both “law” and “the word of God” are doing so for their own gain. All lawyers, judges, priests, ministers, rabbis, popes, etc. are in the racket of “professing to know what’s true”, strictly for profit, not for prophet. Their intent is to keep everything a big mystery, to be understood by only them and, hence, we must go to them for council. This egotistical nonsense is the biggest tip-off that whatever so-called ‘truth’ they have to tell us is, indeed, false.

Why would we ever consult anyone or anything other than our higher selves, (the collective unconscious) for information? Why would we ever think that someone knows better than we do about our health, our bodies, our spiritual evolution, our education, and how we are to conduct our lives?  Why would we defer to anyone unless, somehow, they have convinced us that: they know more about us than we do; – OR – that they have “authority” over us?

But, how can that be?!   They must have something to gain … either  “money” or power over us, or both.

KJV Holy Bible

Thanks to my friend, Robert, (freedomfiles.org), I finally grasp the true purpose of the Bible. I have resisted including the Bible as a solution to our situation, for several reasons, and Rob has set me straight. Since the Bible was both written by and edited by men, the entire book is a work of fiction. Right off the bat, we are dealing with human foibles, memories of their pasts (we now know “pasts” don’t exist, except in the mind), egos, misinterpretations, perceptions influenced by programmed beliefs and, ergo, by emotions. At the top of page one, I was stunned to be shown: “The First Book of Moses called GENESIS”. This tells me that this is a story written by a man the existence of whom we have no proof. YIKES!

But Rob says that there is some truth within the book of fiction (rather like a biographical novel) and that truth is simple, accurate, and completely uncomplicated, requiring absolutely no scholarly interpretation, whatsoever. That truth is in the first chapter, wherein the Creator is referred to as “God”. After Chapter 1, the only “God” mentioned is “Lord God”. Why the change? Weren’t we doing rather well with just “God”. Didn’t we grasp that “God” meant the one love–light–consciousness which created all? The fact that the loving, creative “God” disappeared after Genesis, chapter 1, and an unloving, punishing “Lord God” sprang up to take its place, is highly suspicious to me. I wish I hadn’t resisted the Bible so vehemently because, now, I know that I would have spotted (had I read it), the most glaring contradiction which I cannot imagine how everyone else missed.

If God created man and woman (chapter 1) why did the LORD God have to repeat the process in chapter 2, by making Adam and Eve? The answer is that they are not one and the same. God created man and woman and the LORD God created the fictions. Fictions, as we all know, now, have NAMES!  In the Bible all the fictions are spelt in uppercase, e.g.: LORD, MOSES, JESUS, just as they are in our present commercial world, because the Bible is a book about Commerce. Adam and Eve were not Capitalized, for the very reason that they belonged to, i.e.: were the property of, LORD God, who was the owner and Master over them. So, now, Christian “names” are spelt the way Adam and Eve are spelt, in order to deceive us into believing that by altering the spelling of a name, we can avoid becoming a “living thing”, as “living things” are those who have relinquished their status of “man, created by God” for a “title” which all names are, regardless of how one spells them.  We must quit identifying with the Name.

Adam and Eve were given Names. God the Creator did not ‘name’ us. He lovingly allowed us to BE and, in fact, gave us dominion over the earth and everything on it. How trusting and kind that God must be!  The “Lord God”, however, is the opposite (inverse) and, for the entire remainder of the Bible (1506 pages), the Lord God is punishing, vengeful, jealous, wrathful and, hence, must be the entity – perhaps Lucifer or the Lord of the Anunnaki  – which gave us the ego mind and began the entire world of fiction, the belief that we are separate, that there is an authority over us. The Lord God is the ego mind – the mind of fear, separation, and belief that we are not equal. This state of mind creates competition and so, what resulted from that was the Commerce Game. After all, isn’t the ego mind the aspect of us which plays games and which manifests punishing, competition, fear, belief in separation,  and unloving characteristics?  It most certainly is not the spirit mind.

So, it dawned upon me that the Bible, like everything else in existence, has two parts to it … a duality. Again, I am reminded of the page of Rules in the game, Monopoly. If we opt to play the game, we must be prepared to suspend our beliefs about what might be “true” and be prepared to get clobbered by the Banker, not to mention clobbered by our fellow man, since the name of the game is to charge our fellow man/players. The only way to win any game is if everyone else loses.

Just before we begin to play the game, we approach the board knowing we are friends, knowing that we are more powerful than the game (not vice versa), and knowing that, when we end the game, we’ll all be friends and equal, again. However, in order to play the game properly, we must forget those three things. I suspect that those of us who opt to live in love for our fellow man and maintain our dominion over “all living things” need read no further than Genesis, chapter 1. If we opt to forget who we are, play the game of commerce, and behave in unloving, fearful, competitive ways, then, the entire remainder of the Old Testament, plus the New Testament, are the laws and rules by which the commerce game is played.

Chapter 1 is about LOVE and the entire remainder of the Bible is LAW. “Where there is law, there is no love; where there is love, there is no law.”  Moses got the 10 commandments from the LORD God, not from God the Creator, as God the Creator gave us no laws. God the Creator loved us and trusted us to treat each other lovingly and as equals because it/we knew that we are all one. We knew who we were, but we forgot.

What about those of us who realize that the game (the complete description of which is the entire Bible, after chapter one) has caused nothing but sorrow, loss of self-realization, and the relinquishing of our own personal power, love, light, and energy to those who control the game. I am not saying that the remainder of the Bible isn’t valuable text; I’m saying that it applies only to those who want struggle in their lives. The game of Monopoly is a game of struggle, war against our fellow players, and the bank never loses. If there is a win, it is an empty win, because neither the winning nor the losing, of any game, has anything to do with who we are. The Bible is a great rule book for those who insist upon playing the commerce game, believe we are separate, and choose law over love, but, for those of us who are tired of it, we must remember that the only pertinent part which applies to those of us who want to remain in love and serve our fellow man from love, is that we have “dominion over all creeping things.”

Anyone reading this essay has already discovered that all who relinquish their status of “man” to that of a titled entity, e.g.: cop, teacher, judge, doctor, priest, attorney, minister, banker, CEO, etc. i.e.:  those who identify with who they believe themselves to be, as opposed to who they really are – a creation of a loving consciousness – are a “creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth”, henceforth: “creeps”.  The creeps who operate, within the laws given from Genesis, ch. 2 onward, are those over whom we have dominion. We must be sure to tell them, at every opportunity and in every situation.

So, I asked Rob, “If we were to go to Idaho, what would you bring along, in order to handle the idiocy of the titled entities, who think they know who they are, in the little houses, at the imaginary line, just south of us?”  Rob is the least resistant man I know. He seems to be very accepting of everything which appears to come his way. Maybe that is because he knows that nothing “comes his way”; rather, he knows that the situations in which he finds himself are for the benefit of his own spiritual evolution. He told me, “I would take only the KJV Holy Bible. It is their law book; it proves that I have dominion over them. That they (or the alleged titled “authorities” to whom they defer, e.g.: the Queen) have sworn a false oath upon it, proves they have agreed to it.” I suddenly felt much safer from the creeps.

What so many of us are doing – what I was doing for 13 years – is trying to find a loophole within the rules, or find the rule by which we’ll win, or find a rule which will compel the creeps to follow their own rules, or to force them to do as we say. But the game we are playing is for creeps, only. I would have to become a creep in order to win a creep’s game. Or, even if I managed to remain honourable and still win a creep’s game, my winning it would make me a creep, wouldn’t it?  This is the game the rule page of which might just as well read, in its preface: “You are all powerful, all loving, all consciousness, all energy, and all light. Are you sure you want to relinquish all that in order to experience an empty win?  How will you feel after you have defeated another aspect of your own self?  Better?  Not bloody likely!”

The entire point of any game is to pretend that: 1.  what is true and real is not true and real; and, 2.  what is not true and real is true and real. In order to play it, properly, and with the adventure and excitement we all wanted, we had to forget that we are all one consciousness and we had to believe we are separate from one another. This is what playing the commerce game is all about. The biggest problem with this game is that we all agreed to play it … we must have or we wouldn’t be here. Maybe, if I change my mind about the ostensible value of winning this game, the next time I’m offered the opportunity to come to this dimension-frequency-planet-lifetime, in order to play it, I’ll know better than to get mixed up in something which can only hurt not only me but also all other aspects of me. What a bore!  If I prove, by my daily living of life, now, that I want only to love and serve my fellow man by doing what I love to do, my guess is that my next opportunity will be to spend my life in a place-dimension-time where we all love and serve one another by doing what we love to do.”

So, the Authority Hoax can be exposed with one line from a book which all agents – those who have relinquished their status as ‘man’, in order to take on a title of ostensible authority – are required to follow or they wouldn’t be allowed to remain in the position of agent which they hold. They have, most likely, not noticed that there is very little truth in this volume of fiction and they are equally likely to be completely unaware that the one, tiny part which is true is what will cause them to lose the game, now that we have found it.

Now, do we know who we are well enough to allow them to catch on to this?  Can we do so lovingly?  At some level of their consciousness, they know that, by continuing to harm others, they are harming themselves. Can we, maybe, even bring them to the light to see that, if they were to relinquish their job and title, they would become even more powerful than they believe themselves to be, in their present (lack of) status. The creeps have been told, by those whom they believe to have authority over them, that they have authority over others. Clearly, they did not think this through or they would have seen the blatant flaw in this idiotic concept.

Anyone who has the power to make you believe absurdities also has the power to make you commit atrocities. –Voltaire

I said to Rob, “I do know that no one has any authority over me unless and until I grant it to them.”  His comment was staggering, “Not even then. Only the Creator has any authority. You are God’s creation and only that love–light–energy–consciousness power, aka, God, can “authorize”. God is the supreme authority and author of it all. You do not have the authority you think you have (unless you live, continuously, in your spirit mind, and trust only your intuition which tells us the word of God, not to be confused with the ego mind which tells us the word of LORD God). So, if you think you have authorized someone else to have authority over you, for example, by having signed something which both of you have construed as your having granted authority, either by willingness or by coercion, it has no clout. You had no authority to give away your authority.”  YIKES!  Again, I felt safer from the creeps.

This resonates with, “You cannot sign away your rights.”  Recently, I realized that the only purpose of a “waiver” is to bring to mind the fact that we are all responsible for our own experiences. It has nothing to do with signing away any right to bring suit, if we have been “wronged” (even though all waivers read this way), because we cannot be “wronged”. All our experiences are our responsibility. Waiver or no waiver, we all have the right to contract and the right to lay claim, yet, what sort of admission to a lack of one’s personal power does this evidence?!  Making someone else responsible for our experience is as crazy as believing that the Bible is anything more than a rule book for a vicious game which appears to be justifiable solely because someone wrote a book on how to play it. The Holy Bible can be found everywhere – even in prison – because it is the propaganda of the creeps who want us to continue playing a game we can never win.

I’ve noticed that people who identify themselves as “Christian”, thereby ruling out all aspects of their true, limitless, loving nature, believe there is ‘truth’ in the Bible. They are accurate, but that truth is only the truth about the vicious game of commerce, the vicious rules, and the vicious egos that adore playing it, not the truth about the loving aspects of our true spirit selves, the loving aspects of the consciousness which created us, and the consciousness of who we really are. Not counting the first page and a half, the entire 1508 pages of the Holy Bible, are just crap! If there ever were anything of value within those pages, whoever edited it out, for King James, et al, did so, not for our benefit but for the benefit of the creeps who control us (the Vatican, the Crown, and the Banks). We live in a world of duality, a mirror image (inverse) fiction of what is real.  We live in a world of utter insanity.

We will NEVER have a solution for “commerce” because our true nature – our spirit self – does not really want it. A Course In Miracles says that the job of the ego mind is to, “seek and do not find”.  It is the desire of the ego mind to continue to dig in the same hole, year after year, and not truly want to find an answer. The spirit mind knows that the true answer – love – is outside the game. The name of that game is Chaos. What our true selves want is Peace. The creeps are keeping our focus upon the world, upon commerce, and upon finding a “solution” to both commerce and the problems of the world (the cause of which IS commerce), so that we will not find freedom where it truly is … within. Letting go of the continuous search is way too distasteful for the ego mind to contemplate.

Genesis 1, ch. 26: “Let us make man in our image; after our likeness” sounds as if WE, as the ONE love–light–energy–consciousness, are co-creators. Did we include the opposite in order to have a protagonist in our adventure?  If our creation is, indeed, a “duality”, we had to create something that is not we – a “mis-creation” … enter, the creeps. We created the creeps solely to experience the contrast … to pretend that what is, isn’t and what isn’t, is. Since we have become caught up in the game, the best way to survive it is to remember that it is a game. There is no solution to it, until we all remember that there is nothing to solve, and there is no end to it, until we all quit playing.

If we are operating in their realm, they will destroy us because, by our merely acknowledging their processes, documents, and laws, we prove that we still believe that they have authority over us. Remember the story of “what furs?” As long as he kept asking, he did not acknowledge, agree to, or accept their offer to contract on the matter of “illegal hunting” and the case was dismissed.

Now that we know we operate in a complete fiction, I feel certain that no solution TO commerce can be found IN commerce. If we want a solution based in “truth, we cannot continue to look in the fiction. We have been given the answer to the puzzle in Genesis, Chapter 1, Verses 26-28.

The only way to prevail against their viciousness is to prove that we know who we are. The only way to do that is to address them, man to man-with-title, and let the man-with-title know that we (with no title) have dominion over all things (e.g.: titles). Our use of their forms, their language, their laws, trying to “understand” them, etc. proves that we believe they exist and, as long as we think so, they do.

Both resisting and petitioning which, by giving our energy, attention, and emotion to something that is unreal, whether in the form of either fear or anger, only grant these “creeps” even more power over us. By the stunts that they are pulling, they keep our energy and focus in our first chakra – fear for our survival. This is how we are controlled. The concept of “there is no authority outside ourselves” is the hardest thing for us to learn. We cannot be controlled as long as we remain focused on love.

The creeps’ agenda are to keep us in fear - in our first chakra energy - fear for our survival. When we are at this level of frequency, they can control us. If we were to ascend into our 4th chakra - love - they would lose all control over us because this is not a frequency they can access.  If we can operate from love, be love, accept love, then they will cease to exist in our realm.  They cannot operate, be, or accept love, as this is simply out of their territory. If we are there, they have no control over us.

Since the creeps feed off our emotions, if they get fear from us, they become more powerful. As long as they can keep people in fear, they can remain in control. Those of us who opt to vibrate, oscillate, and function in love cannot be harmed because we do not fear. What if they can get only love from us?  Since “we are what we eat”, what might happen to them? Isn’t this what we want?

Love is the Answer, Whatever the Question

There is no law, divine or otherwise; there is only intent. Intent is driven by fear or love. Love has no agenda or ritual; it just is. It is through our hearts that we awaken the true power of who we are and this is why so much energy is put into creating conflict.

It seems as if we are continually saying to the alleged bullies: “If you cross this line…..; alright, if you cross this line…;  alright, well, this is your last chance”, and on it goes. If we could either show them love energy or simply walk away from them, thereby removing all our energy from them, what would they do, then?  Whenever we question how to treat others, in any particular situation, the correct answer is always to treat them in the loving way.  Are we aware of what we are doing, at all times?

About every situation, Hew Lin asks, “What is it about me which brings me to this situation? This new situation is only to remind me that I am here to release connected memories.”  We all know that memories do not exist (because they are of the past and the past doesn’t exist, except in our minds which are completely unreliable) and what we believe to be true has been distorted by our perceptions which include our emotions, programming, and previous decisions. We must look at every situation as brand new; otherwise, we are allowing our programmers to run us.  So far, they are prevailing but this is due to our lack of due diligence in applying what we know, in our hearts, to be true.

“Let us make man in OUR image and after OUR likeness… and let them have dominion … over all the earth. … And God blessed them and God said unto them, … have dominion … over every living thing that moveth upon the earth” – Genesis 1:26 and 28

God is the creator. There is only one God, so who is the “our”?  It must be we as “the ONE”. We are it. We are all shards of a shattered pane of glass. I suppose we could look at one another as separate, but that would be ludicrous, now that we know we all came from the same pane. So, we made it very clear, right up-front, that we have dominion over the earth and everything upon it.

Since these few lines are our remedy, we might ask, “Why didn’t they just omit the only lines which have any truth, aka, our remedy. My friend, Ray, always said to me, “There must be a remedy or we could charge them with fraud”, to which I have always responded with, “But, since enforcement has always been the problem for us, how are we going to charge them with fraud, when they continue to change their song and dance, in order to evade us?”  Also, “Why would they care what we do, when the entire mess is ALL fraud?”

Well, within the fiction, they can do what they want and, since they must provide the remedy – somewhere, because even they operate within a duality – they hide it in plain sight … in the very beginning of their law book. The fact that most people have paid too much attention to the rest of the book (specifically the parts about the Jesus character) and overlooked the only lines in existence, wherein the truth is revealed or, in the case of some of us, completely ignored the entire book–never mind just the first chapter, or, since all the religions and law societies of the world have deliberately directed our attention to every word EXCEPT the truth, it stands to reason that we missed the only part worth knowing.

What we do to another we do to ourselves. The game is about whether we can remember who we are, before we completely collapse under the belief that we are separate from one another. If we are playing a game of “can we figure out that we are all one consciousness, before we destroy each other”, we all win; otherwise, we all lose. Yes, I consider that there are ETs, malicious beings from elsewhere, heartless beings on this planet, that our bodies and egos are, quite likely, just a computer program, run by incredibly brilliant, albeit cruel entities. Still, we, as part of the one love–light–energy–consciousness–creator–god, opted to include them in our creation, in order to get back to remembering who we are. It appears as if we have pulled out the big guns, in order to remind ourselves and, as we are still resisting the recollection that it is all “we”, we are considering starting the game all over again because we just might not get it this time around. I suspect we have done this all before.

The ‘debt’ really does exist, but only because we operate in a ‘debt-money’ system. There is no substance; i.e.: money which we can use to pay our debts. Since we, the private, are now the only ones who can create anything of any value, the public (a dead, bankrupt fiction), must rely upon us to make everything happen and that includes creating more debt for everything to function. We all think of ‘debt’ as a bad thing, yet, it is only how this particular economic system operates. So, ‘being in debt’ is a neutral situation – neither ‘good’ nor ‘bad’. ‘Zero-balance’ means that everything is at zero. If the public draws from zero, within a liability/debt account, they have a negative; if they add to zero, they have a positive, yet, because it is all debt/liability, they can have negative debt and positive debt. ‘Debt’ is not bad; it just is.

Conversely, we, the private, create credit. Every time we sign anything, we create credit. “The signature is the money”. There is an asset account, backed by the birth certificate, the application for which was signed by a parent, thereby creating a trust account. It also must have a zero balance. When we draw from it, there is negative asset and when we add to it, there is positive asset. The public operates in debt/liability and we operate in credit/asset,  AND NE’ER THE TWAIN SHALL MEET (except via a token, aka a ‘Name’); One account cannot connect with the other. The public operates from debt and we operate from asset. The minute our asset touches the public, it becomes debt and the instant public debt touches the private, it becomes asset.  Let’s use the power bill as the example:

The power company has access to the trust account, from which it draws, in order to have the capital to provide us power. At the end of the month, those at the power company send us a ‘statement of account’. What the top part is telling us, without actually stating, is, “We went to your asset trust account and withdrew $100 in order to provide you power; is that alright with you, Creditor? If so, please just evidence your acceptance of this by writing on this statement, ‘Accepted, the account number, the number of the bond backing the account, which only you would have, and your signature.’  As we have sent the cheque for you to endorse, which will bring your trust account balance back up to zero, please sign and endorse it and return it to us with the statement so that we can balance our books.” The story is the same for credit-card statements.

What they actually write is, “Be sure to return the voucher with your payment”, thereby misleading us to think that we are required to give them $100 worth of our labour, along with their cheque which offsets the liability, and nothing else. They are simply soliciting our agreement which our signature indicates. So, the voucher/cheque will balance not only their books but also the asset trust account. But somehow, we got roped into forking over our debt-notes (which they want as much as we do because we all use dollars to obtain what we need and want, yet have nothing to do with the account with the power company). These debt-notes have nothing to do with “paying our bills”; there is nothing to ‘pay’, nothing with which to ‘pay’, and the account cannot be ‘paid’ – it can only be offset with the cheque/voucher they sent us for our signature.

Now, our cash is in the public and ought not to be because the public doesn’t operate in cash; it operates via double-entry bookkeeping, ‘t-charts’ of asset and liability, because there is no ‘money’.  Since all these debt-notes are out there as “the debt”, in the “public”, this means that we are the cause of the “public debt” which must be offset.  But, what we are told is that the public debt must be “paid” and, of course, this is an impossibility because if we ‘pay’ ‘public debt’ with ‘debt’, all that occurs is that we double the debt. The only way out of this mess is for us to do whatever it takes to remove the debt-notes, aka ‘cash’, aka ‘the debt’ from the public. For a long time, we thought that we had to offset the public debt, but the public debt has not been caused by anything other than our having put cash where it not only doesn’t belong and cannot be used in any productive manner but also is creating havoc with the economy. Now that we know that we must get the debt out of the public, so that there is no more ‘public debt’, how do we recall the trillions of dollars of debt?

We call in the biggest, best, most-efficient debt collectors in the world: the IRS. If they can’t do it, no one can.  So, by filing the correct forms with the IRS, we let them know how much of our cash/labour/debt-notes we have errantly put out there into the public. We are so sorry we made this ridiculous mistake, but, we took the word (“Be sure to return this voucher with your payment” – hmmm. I guess I have to send a cheque along with the voucher – BEEEP!  Wrong-o!) of people at corporations, forgetting that corporations are “for-profit”, faceless, heartless, entities with no intent other than ‘economic growth’ and to control the planet through the use of our energy.  Sure, we might encounter a friendly voice at the other end of the phone, but she has been as programmed as the rest of us in our thinking that we are obligated to “pay our bills”. Very few of us know that with every dollar we put into the public and neglect to claim it back, we are creating more and more problems for our fellow man, never mind for ourselves and our families.

IRS to the rescue!  Filing the proper forms at the proper time will allow the IRS to go back to the banks which are withholding the tax – the credit we created by writing cheques, wiring funds, using debit and credit cards, etc. and request that the funds be returned to the creditor. The IRS will gladly deposit, into our bank accounts, that which the bank has been withholding, in escrow, because when funds are in escrow, no one can use them. They are just sitting there. THAT is “the public debt”.  If we don’t get the debt moving and functioning, we will be taken down by it. Our cash/labour/debt-notes will sit in escrow, doing nothing, for 36-47 months (depending upon when we put our cash into the public) when both we and the banks could be using it to continue to circulate and keep the economy moving. After this time, if we have failed to claim our abandoned cash, the banks will. THIS might be why banks got a bad name, yet, what’s true is, we created our own problem by not knowing that we are responsible for recovering the funds and keeping us all out of debt. Our claiming a refund of our public funds will work for all involved.

The worst thing that is happening, right now, is that the public debt – our cash which we could all be using – is sitting and stagnating, in escrow. Only we can do something about this. The two causes of this huge problem are:  (1.  people are not requesting their funds be returned to them; and,  (2.  due to fear, people are slowing their spending. The staggering truth of all this is: the more we spend, the more we get returned to us. The faster the spend, the sooner we will get the funds returned to us.  We must do a complete 180º flip on our regard and assessment of “the public debt”.

I write this only because realize that I cannot suggest to most people that we must remove ourselves from the Commerce Game. I am reminded of an old Beetle Bailey comic. Several soldiers are sitting around a table, playing poker; cigarettes are falling out of ashtrays or hanging from their lips, beer bottles are covering the table, soldiers have nearly fallen asleep on the table but are still holding their cards in their hands, with one eye open, etc. They appear completely exhausted, drunk, and dazed. Two higher ranking soldiers appear and one looks at the other, amazed by the idiocy of what he sees. The other officer says, “Well, no one wanted to quit when he was losing, no one wanted to quit while he was ahead, and no one would let the winner quit…”  “How long have they been at it?”  “Four days.”  I think many of us are in this poker game. Will it ever end?

I suspect that we will have to do this for awhile before we feel avenged. I guess we have to experience “win” before we realize that there is no “win” when we are playing a game … the winning of which is based upon clobbering our fellow man.

Part 2:  What’s Next?

Turning 60 afforded me some insight: Winning a game that exists only as a result of the projection of our fear for survival is still not a place where we want to hang out for any length of time. We can all see what is going on in the world. Anyone reading this will agree that, thanks to quantum physics and mechanics, an endless list of people have proven that what we see in ‘the world’ is purely, simply, and solely a reflexion of what is being projected by the thoughts in our minds, propelled by the emotion in our hearts, at any given time. Life on this planet is nothing like what we have all been raised to believe it is – not even close.

From the minute we arrive in this fictional world, we realize that there is an authority in our lives. We know that if mums do not feed us, we do not eat. Not much later, we grasp that everyone is trying to run our lives. Parents act authoritatively because their parents did so with them and they are only, unconsciously, projecting onto their children the way they were treated. This is simply the memory of the cell and, I hear, a specific part of the cell which holds memory, not the DNA which, until recently, we all thought.

Next, we go to school where we drown in authority. School is deliberately designed for our left brains. Socializing, games, art, and music are all right-brained and, although we are not discouraged from pursuing these, they simply are ‘not as important as’ the core subjects which we had to know, in order to graduate, in order to get a good job, in order to compete with and beat-out our fellows, in order to succeed in life. Are we there, yet?  Academia never made anyone happy. I never had a conversation, with any friend, about academia, unless said friend were a teacher and his/her position was the “defence of” education or authority … bleah!   This is how children, full of creativity, spend the bulk of their childhoods – around people telling them that school is too serious a place to socialize which, we all discover, albeit too late, was the only reason we were there in the first place. What is life all about, anyway?

By the time we reach the age of seven, our core beliefs are: I’m not good enough; I’m not worthy; I’m insignificant; I’m not lovable; I don’t exist; I don’t have a life; I don’t have a future;  life is frightening, life is dangerous; I’m not allowed to make a mistake; if I make a mistake, I will be punished, ergo, I shall not venture forth because I might make a mistake; life is easier when the ‘authorities’ tell me how to live.  These beliefs came from decisions we made, as children, when we were threatened, – when we feared for our very survival. These beliefs are ‘compounded annually’, at school, and are precisely what allows the alleged “authorities” to run our lives … completely. These beliefs force us to defer to these authorities, whether they be parents, relatives, teachers, doctors, ministers, bankers, lawyers,  judges, cops, peers … “grown-ups”, or whether they be the matching concepts of these, such as family, school, medicine, religion, commerce, law, what’s vogue, the latest fashion, etc.  … anyone whom or anything that we have deemed to be ‘better than’, ‘wiser than’, ‘more successful than’, ‘happier than’, ‘making more money than’, ‘in possession of more stuff than’, ‘trusted by more people than’, ‘receiving more attention than’ … we are.

When we focus on what is outside of us, we completely miss the most valuable aspect of life: our intuition. When we fail to listen to our intuition, which is the only source from which we can know what is best for our unique selves, we become one of the crowd which is so, so, so easily controlled by those whose intent it is to control us. What is the means by which we are controlled?  To be kept in the vibration of fear – the same level of frequency at which we were when we made all those decisions about how we cannot live our own lives.

When I receive emails which are fear-filled, I know that the people who sent them are in fear and they are desperately seeking agreement because misery loves company and they want to be told how to live, in order to stop feeling the fear. For those of you who do this, please realize that you are the instigators of the fear and that you have been manipulated into feeling the fear by those who want you in fear because fear is the only emotion by which you can be controlled. Brave, courageous people who know who they are cannot be controlled. They might feel fear, yet, they do not take action from fear. They behave contrary to the disempowering emotion of fear.

If you are one who spreads fear, you make your own life worse, as it is emotion which creates life, so, being in fear, you create fearful circumstances. Egos love to waste your time looking for evidence and agreement. Egos love ‘to be right’. You are being entrapped by your own mind. There is nothing ‘wrong’ with feeling fear, as long as you don’t DO anything about it. There is nothing going on ‘out there’ of which you need to apprise us; there is only what is going on with your thoughts and emotions which need to be assessed. If you intend to bring others into a fear-filled existence, can you see that you are part of the problem? If you want your circumstances to change, you must opt to be part of the solution: change the thoughts you entertain.

Fear for our survival is ‘base (first) chakra’ energy.  All the other 6 (at least) chakras are above it. Imagine life for those who never get to live beyond first chakra energy. They spend their entire lives in fear for survival and, as is the wont of the ego, they go about gathering proof that they are ‘right’ so they look for situations and people who also see life as fearful. This does not make them accurate; it only makes them ‘right’ which is the sole ‘reason for being’ of the ego mind. It lives to prove itself ‘right’. Egos prefer to be ‘right’ than ‘happy’. Don’t fall for this nonsense.

I learned from my RET (Rapid Eye Technology) teacher that when we are, figuratively, ‘kicked in the heart’ which seems to happen to all of us in our early years, we all move away from our heart (4th) chakra which means that, in shifting our consciousness away from ‘heart’, the heart energy itself becomes diminished. No wonder heart disease is rampant!  Interesting, men and women interpret this trauma differently and they shift both their energy and focus (their consciousness) 2 chakras away from the heart, yet, in different directions. Men shift down 2 chakras and women shift up 2 chakras. Men’s energy moves down into their second (sex) chakra  and women’s energy moves up into their sixth (intellectual) chakra. Is there anyone more annoying than men whose “feelings” are about sex and women whose “feelings” are intellectual?  Since that includes most of us, just think of yourself and everyone close to you.  We’ve all heard the complaints, “Men, quit thinking with your penis!” “Women, get out of your head!”  In my book, I described the treachery and horrors of the feminists who thought that corporations would be better off with women at the top. This might have been true, had these women remained women, but, they didn’t. They put on suits and became men. Just what we need – more testosterone in the workplace. Believe me, masculine women are vastly more dangerous than feminine men. (Think ‘female cops’, as opposed to ‘male interior designers’.)

The same people who operate the schools operate medicine, law, religion, politics, etc. We have literally been programmed to death. I mean it: we have been programmed completely OUT of knowing who we are when, in fact, only we can educate ourselves, heal our bodies, intuit what is best for us, evolve spiritually, and operate at such a high frequency that NONE of what society has to offer ought to have any appeal, whatsoever, to the spiritual beings that we truly are. How low class all society is!  How plebeian!  What dregs we have become!  Yes, even those of us who have achieved what appears to be success.  We were destined to much loftier positions than that where we allow others to presume authority over us. Who allows this and why?  You know, now. It is we and it is our inability to “feel” and intuit. Do you see that all the institutions and establishments of society are designed this way?  So that we are unable to feel and intuit?  But, who or what created our society?

Getting back to quantum physics and mechanics, we all now know that what is in our lives began with us. In our fear, we projected onto our world our thoughts about ourselves, via our emotion which was and is, for the most part fear. We now know that what appears to be “out there” in the world, is the effect, manifestation, and reflexion of what is going on within us. This is why trying to heal anything, in what appears to be “our world”, is absolutely futile if we do not correct the cause.

When I worked as a nurse, I was always disappointed to hear that a patient was intending to undergo any sort of surgery, but surgery “to get the cancer” made me the craziest.  I had learned, from experience, that if I advised a patient not to allow a surgeon, who is totally uneducated on how the mind works, to chop off her breast, the only result was that I got fired; the patient still lost her breast. So, I realized that this is what the patient wanted, even though I knew she had been manipulated into wanting it. Inevitably, the patient was pleased by her loss of a breast (!!!) and would proudly tell me, “He got it all”, meaning, the doctor got all the cancer out of her body. I was never able to resist asking, “Did he get your mind, as well?”  Since the cancer began with her thoughts, interpretations,  judgements, and decisions, about a traumatic event in her life, and brought into the physical realm via her fear, anger, or grief, the only way to get rid of it was to reverse-engineer the process. Begin with the emotion, get back to the thinking, then to the event, and release everything along the way. Chopping off breasts is neither a solution nor even real.

“Reality” is not real; the only thing ‘real’ is “we are”.  Any seeming physical solution is, literally, truly, and only, as David Icke says, “combing the mirror” when one has a bad-hair day. It will have NO impact, whatsoever. When people fail to correct the cause of cancer, it always returns. Ask any cancer patient. If she has not taken a look into her life, she will go right back to where she started.  There is no healing outside the mind; there is nothing outside the mind. When I say “mind”, I mean that which gets projected – a combination of: an experience, our interpretation of it which results in our thoughts, our judgement about those thoughts which results in a decision, and any combination of fear, anger, grief over that decision which creates our experiences in what we call “life” and the cycle begins again, with the experience we have just now created. What absurdity!  This is why I can say that life is truly insane and what is prompting us to believe that we can do anything about life, outside ourselves, is total insanity. This includes: ‘helping another’, as we can only be an example, hence, we are almost always in an upward or downward spiral of life events because how we see the previous is how we will experience the next event.  We are always in this process. I am fortunate only in that I am aware of it.

We cannot do anything; we can only be; there is nothing out there; there is only here; we cannot pre-empt for the future and we cannot correct the past; we have only now. Is this how the mystics, sages, and masters of life arrived at:  BE HERE NOW ?

Now, we ought to take a look at all this in relation to how we are trying to correct the corruption on the planet. Every aspect of what is ‘wrong’ in this world is caused only and completely by commerce. All of it. But, let’s start by recalling that everything we think we see “in the world” is only a reflexion of our best thinking and it all began with us. Everything we experience is due to our core beliefs which are caused by decisions having been made from fear for our survival and the world we see is the effect, caused by our projected fear. I’m not saying that there isn’t love everywhere, all the time, in all of us, for everything; I’m saying that what we see in the world is simply the effect of most of the thinking, done by most of us, most of the time, which is the cause of all our angst.

Since love is all there is, it is all encompassing and can have no opposite. Since fear – love’s seeming opposite –  cannot exist, it is unreal. If fear is unreal, then anything ostensibly created by its projection is equally unreal. Since the world we experience is the physical manifestation of our projected fear, then the world is unreal.

“Nothing real can be threatened; nothing unreal exists.” – A Course In Miracles

This puts us into a vastly more powerful position, to change it all – all that which is not real. How simple! How powerful!  If what is going on in the world truly were real, we would have a hell of a time trying to change all that!  This is not to discount those who really are making a difference, but the real difference begins with their feelings, now with their actions. Every day and in every way, people all over the world are intending to accomplish this irrational, impossible, insane feat of changing the world without addressing the cause which is the game we are playing, based upon the projection of our fear for our survival, based upon the belief that we are separate from one another – the Commerce Game. The solution to the world problems caused by the Commerce Game, is right here, right now, with me. My choosing love instead of fear is the solution.

In my book, I set out to prove my premise that the banking system is fraudulent. I prevailed. I did experiments which proved it. These same methods could not be used now, in order to prove this, because what I did was years ago and those who didn’t like what I did are now on the look-out for those who intend to do the same things. So, cops, courts, judges, et al now know how to thwart us, in a myriad of ways. What I’ve noticed, over the past 13 years, is that everything any of us have done, works – a bit. Every process we have ever tried has succeeded, at least for some of us, for some of the time, in some places. Then, it doesn’t. Judges go to “judge school” every 6 months and learn how to handle those of us who have temporarily prevailed. Then the process comes to a screeching halt.

I finally woke up and reconciled what I know to be true with what I know to be true. We are doing this to ourselves. We are actually brilliant enough to have set up a situation, for the sole purpose of learning that the only thing in existence is love … the only thing in existence … is love. Everything else which appears to be in existence is unreal, doesn’t exist, is reflexion, effect, and cause of thinking which is combined with strongly felt emotion.

The tragedy is that our emotions have been manipulated by society. We have been entranced and prevented from feeling the only emotion from which we can co-create.  Feeling love is how to become love and is how to have it be the way we all want it to be. We can manifest only from love. Love is such a high frequency that it puts us back into the driver’s seat. As long as we are in fear, we are being manipulated. The only way to remain in control is to be willing to be out of control. The very willingness to be out-of-control is love. Love is a ‘willing’ emotion and nothing is more powerful than love. I adore the actual statistics on this. The electricity of the heart is 100 times that of the brain and the magnetic power of the heart is 500 times that of the brain; unless it is vice versa, but, either way, if we want to be powerful, we must operate from the very place which we long ago shut down and created a society which kept women intellectual and analytical and which kept men sexual. What a waste of our true talent and energy!

We have all been fleeced, yet, again, who did this to whom? Our world is a manifestation of our thoughts and feelings. Knowing this allows us to do something about it. We are not helpless against our own creation. If this were the creation of the evil entities of this universe, we’d be  sunk, but this simply isn’t so. Yes, our thoughts and feelings are being manipulated, via the Authority Hoax and all other aspects of our societies, but ULTIMATELY, WE ARE IN CHARGE OF THE THOUGHTS WE ENTERTAIN AND THE FEELINGS WE EXPERIENCE.  OUR ACTIONS FROM THOSE THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS ARE WHAT DICTATE OUR LIFE ON THIS PLANET.

We are so in charge that we designed a game in order to wake us up to our true nature and our true intent – to shift into the love frequency. The commerce game can be won only by realizing that we created it for our benefit. Every seeming adversity to our lives is to trick ourselves to see if we can remember. We came here knowing that love is all there is, yet, in order to play the game, we had to forget. We even went so far as to identify with the token (the body, the name) we use to play the game. We truly cannot ‘beat an opponent’ in a game which was designed for the purpose of allowing us to realize that the only way to win is to remember who we are and to remember that nothing exists without love. Its almost existential, isn’t it?  Like ping pong balls in your head.

We cannot see the picture whilst seeing it from inside the frame. Once we truly walk away from the game, very miraculous things will be revealed to us. We know there is more. No one, in the past several hundred years, or in a society such as ours, or subject to a belief that we would be both winning and losing against ourselves, has experienced what we are about to experience. When we take a chance on our faith that our higher self – intuition – connection to source – subconscious mind – spirit self – co-creator – oversoul will take care of us, not only will it do so but also it will give us everything and more than we could ever imagine. If we stop to wonder “how”, we have just, energetically, denied the entire process.

What are we doing?!  We choose to trust a treacherous system of society – commerce –  that has been proven to be not only completely unworkable but also downright vicious for 95% of us, while, in the case of our higher-self – our oversoul, which is connected to omniscient, omnipotent Source, and whose only job and full intent is to mind our complete well-being, via its wisdom, insight, and timelessness …  we choose not to trust that?!  In fact, we completely ignore it ?!?!?

So many people lecture on spirituality, yet, they continue to charge their fellow man for lectures, books, etc. They at the very pinnacle of our third dimension, so they appear to be very enlightened, yet, their failure even to glimpse the 4th dimension is evidenced by their belief that they have to charge their fellow man. I don’t think the problem is that they want more ‘money’; I think the real problem is that “not charging” (being free) has never even occurred to them. What does this tell us about their level of spiritual development?

There is an entire universe out there which we can access, utilize, and appreciate, if only we operate in the frequency where all is possible. Miracles appear for those without fear. So many of us have experienced miracles, just by letting go of the game: we quit charging our fellow man, quit worrying, and now trust that our oversoul will take care of us.

We’re all one; we are all the same at our spiritual core; we are all co-creators with love because we ARE love. We can do this.

It just crossed my mind that you might be unfamiliar with the banking system. Allow me to use the “Lottery” as an example. People generally use cash to buy lottery tickets. The lottery pot is about $20M at any given time – CASH!  If you won $8,000 in the lottery, you would take the ticket for verification. Would someone go to the cash drawer and count out your $8,000?  No; he would write you a cheque. If you accepted the cheque and never did anything with it, nothing would occur. Nothing would change. No accounts would be debited; no accounts would be credited. That cheque is valueless until you endorse it. When you do, suddenly, it is worth $8,000. What’s different?  Your signature is what gave it value.  This can be verified in §57.1 of the Bills of Exchange Act of Canada (your law) which states that the signature is the money. 

Now, if you were to deposit that cheque, your account would be credited. If you were to cash the cheque, the bank would give you $8,000 cash. Then, what happens to the cheque?  Its value to the bank is quite incredible because that credit can off-set the liability of your cash receipt or account credit and, now, their ledger is balanced at no cost to the bank. 

Banks are permitted, by law (the Bank Act), to hypothecate the value and lend it out numerous times for dramatic profit. (For details on how banks make a fortune from your signature, Google: Money As Debt). Suffice it to say that the cheque became a huge asset – vastly more than its face value. So far, you have benefitted a bit and the bank has benefited a lot, by your signature, but the real winner, by far, is the Lottery itself because the bank returned the cheque to them. Although it is worth only $8,000 on its face, the signature upon it grants it interminable value. That cheque gets sold on the securities market and it literally travels the world creating a profit each time it is sold. So, your signature has created another fortune, this time for the Lottery. Did they EVER have to dig into their pot of $20M in order to give you your win of $8,000?  No.  You thought $8,000 was a windfall, but the truth is, bankers profited by far more than you did and it was all funded by you.  YOU created your lottery win.

Can you see that the Lottery is simply a cash-confiscatory game for the ones who run it – the World Bank?  Can you see that IRS/CRA operates the same way?  Can you see that IRS/CRA is just an agency of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank?  If you grasp this concept, you’ll see that not only do I not “owe” IRS/CRA anything but also I was the source of value which will create egregious revenue for IRS/CRA which has nothing at all to do with the government of U.S.A. or Canada, or the states or the provinces, or the people of either. Its sole purpose is CASH-CONFISCATION. I am certain that you, also, have felt the effects of the IMF on your personal finances. Whatever your loss, it is important for you to know that it was all by design and intention. 

Please realize the truth of this, before you consider confiscating, from me, the meagre amount that I have, compared to what IRS/CRA will receive, forever, from my signature. I created ALL the value and IRS/CRA is the beneficiary of that. 

Then, please, consider a job more suited to your ethics. You’ll feel much happier and your family will be very proud of you.
