After a month of this, now they smile and wave me though. Course it helps to keep a smile when responding to them. They must have Googled Turtle Island and now know the truth.

As far as cops go, been using a different aprouch. Ask how may we help you? Whatever their response, ask them with a smile; what is the one document you have in your possession that gives you the authority/jurisdiction to control our life and our assets? Whatever they reply, then ask for their bonding ID. Three deputies in OK asked to shake my hand before they sent me on my way.

At the end of my written documents; do not worry, be happy, remember you are forever young, you are love, you are loved, and we love you.

Boy you got THAT right! You really do understand men, but I have to ask, you learned this by observation and experience? I would say, speaking as just one man (not for all men!), that we desire almost more than anything for our woman to “believe” in us–even when mistakes are made, to just keep believing, because we are trustworthy and capable.. If they don’t believe in us it’s heart-breaking because we feel they’re missing the “truth” of the matter, i.e. that things really will work and we WILL protect and provide.

When the police turned up & asked if I was Mr xxx I said no, I’m a living flesh & blood man. They asked for my name, address & DOB which I did not give them.

Officer said we believe you are & there is a warrant for you arrest & you are now under arrest, to which I said I do not consent & this is kidnapping & I protest under duress.

So they cart me of to the cells & lock my up. At this point I have not given my name, address, DOB or signed anything.

Sell door opens & they cuff me & take me across to the court. At this point I’m in a room 6ft by 8ft the door I just came in through & one other door. They close the door behind me, uncuff me & open the other door, which lead straight into the court.

The officer say go in then & from inside the court they are gesturing me to enter the Court. I said to the officer I do not consent to contract with the Court. Then he took be back to the sell.

They call a Duty solicitor to come & see me, to which I got him to call me man not Mr xxx.

His words to me was if you don’t go into court they will sentence you to 42 days. I said I don’t consent to enter the court. So he goes off on his way.

I’m thinking how can they sentence me as I’ve not identified my self ?

Hatch on my cell door opens & an officer tells me I’ve just been sentence to 42 days. I said who have they sentence ? as I have not identified myself. You Mr xxx, I said who identified Mr xxx, reply was the Court did.

So I’ve just spent 6weeks in jail. While I was in prison, from their library I read the Magistrates Court Hand book, which says “HEARSAY EVIDENCE IS PERMITTED”

From my research so far, I know of a way to apply the UCC here in Colombia, and can give directions on how to do it. It takes a good amount of worthless Colombian Pesos to get it all done, but there is a way!!!
